Very accessible to the falls and other attractions. The room was pretty basic, which we expected for the price point, but it had everything we needed and we were also pleasantly surprised that the TV had free live cable and on-demand streaming.
There was a small amount of mold in the bathroom (no smell) and it could get somewhat noisy at night (but we could still sleep). The staff were very receptive and around to provide extra towels and blankets when we needed them.

Please do not let the pictures fool you! I will say that the location of this hotel is awesome. It is in walking distance to all of the local attractions. Cleanliness out of the window! Space in the room very little. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
The linens and towels were stained and do not look to be washed well. The tub was peeling, the bathroom was not clean, the lock on the front door was junky and the Wi-Fi was bad.

This place is really run down, needs a lot of updating. Bed was comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

Room is terrible and smell like public toilets. Bed sheets are dirty. Toilet door handle doesn't work. Only good thing about property is that it is close to Niagara falls park.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean except the carpet was damp and dirty. We booked last minute as we had to extend our trip and the hotel that we were staying at was sold out and couldn’t accommodate us for another night. The Passport Inn is what you’d expect from a motel but the owners were so nice that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. That is until I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach crawling on my arm. Spent the rest of the night with my phone light on making sure I didn’t see any others come back out. Luckily I had a 5am flight and didn’t have to stay much longer.

The price was right! We literally planned our trip to the falls last minute, we were basically only in the room to sleep. It was very basic, but comfortable. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was, and the air conditioner was really cold. It was in walking distance of everything. And the man who ran it was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was so nice but I have to admit the property is so dirty. The room smelled “clean” but it wasn’t. It smelled like mold and it look dirty. We killed multiple bugs. After 5 minutes I had an asthma attack and we left. We had to pay and then rent another room some place else

I picked this motel because of it being close to Niagara Falls and the lower cost. The staff were very nice people. The motel is an older place and you can tell it's an older motel. I found the bathroom to be clean, the beds/bedding were clean. There were plenty of places to get food from when we got hungry.
I think the carpet needs a cleaning. We walked around in bare feet and/or socks and our feet got pretty dirty by the time we went to bed.
Other than that it's an ok place.

The property was not like how the pictures showed. The carpet was dirty to the point the bottom of your foot was getting dirty walking on it. There was mildew and molding in the bathroom. The towels had black marks on them and we found hair in our room as well. And the outlets did not work correctly. If you turned off the light, the outlets no longer worked.

Great location to the Falls and local eateries. The Inn is extremely outdated. The staff was very friendly, informative, and respondent quickly when I couldn't find room key. I would stay here again.

Terrible service. Arrived after hours and was not able to get a hold of a receptionist for 20 minutes. I booked online and they tried to xharge me twice after they told me i didnt have a reservation with them. A married couple finally a couple came out of the office, it looked like they rolled out of bed and were not very friendly. Hotel was dirty and the pictures are very misleading.

Do not stay here !!!! It is beyond gross and unsanitary. I am attaching pictures. We had found this item u set the bathroom sink. When asking for a refund they refused to do so unless we got our refund and left instead of making it right. I am dead serious when I tell u it’s bad.

Checkin is easy at Passport Inn and quick. The location is good, easy to walk down all attractions near by. Able to do street parking because parking inside the hotel is very limited. The room is clean and comfortable for the short stay.

The carpet wasn't clean. The AC was noisy. However, I am still giving 4 stars as it was very close to Niagara falls and the price was really low. I can't expect more at this price. It was just what I needed -- 1. Low Price 2. Clean beds 3. Walkable from Niagara falls.

The room was small. Hardly no room to walk and it had a smell when you walk in it. The comforter on top was stained on both beds. I didn’t even stay the night. I walked back and gave in my key bc they said out was out of time to do the cancellation so I wouldn’t get a refund.

The staff was amazing, both very friendly. It was noisy on the bottom level, but nothing that is the owners fault. Carpet was dirty, our feet and socks were black when we got home.
