Great place for all the family- great room with nice amenities.don’t have to much dining options on the resort- no available breakfast even with extra pay and nothing in a walking distance. Also the tv is with cables and dvd- no smart tv

Pros-full condo units, clean and many amenities Cons- paper thin walls and this stay there was no kitchen towels or pot holders in the room

Efficient and friendly staff

We absolutely LOVE this place! My fiancé brought me in my of this year for my birthday, and it was no question where I was bringing her for her birthday. We literally just got home an hour ago and we’re already discussing our next trip. Great job to all the staff, we can’t wait for our next visit! Jay G

All was clean , good bed , pleasant property

Beautiful property. Clean and many things to do. Only disappointment was that bar was only open weekends.

Very nice property a few minutes from Stockbridge. Tucked away, quiet and clean. A rare train passing by the property is the only distraction, but not a reason to complain. Kind of comforting for those of us who enjoy them.

I like that the property is centrally located to everything. Quiet, safe. I don’t like the idea that checking is at 4pm and checkout is at 10 am. I really felt short changed!

I liked the set up and amenities of the suite.

Enjoyed the pools. All activities are an incremental cost on top of the resort fee. One of the rooms was accessible and they put us in the building furthest away from all of the amenities. It was very difficult to get back and forth to and from the room.

Stayed with a family of 5 and the apartment-style rooms were perfect for us. They will try to sign you up for their time-share presentation and staff are a LOT less pleasant when you say no. Had to ask x3 for a crib to be brought to my room. Staff at check-in pointed out how to get to the pool/activities area but didn't mention that the path was not accessible with a stroller so we ended up carrying our baby in his stroller down and up multiple flights of stairs while toting all our pool stuff. Food options were subpar ($11 for a microwavable 'flatbread' pizza). Pools were nice and well maintained. New wristband key fobs were convenient. Resort is close to a lot of hiking and some really cute towns with nice shops and restaurants.

It was nice. Didn’t know they were going to try to sell timeshare. Units were nice and clean but if they are planning on selling these places, they need a lot of updates.

Our two-week stay was terrific. Spacious accommodations, excellent, responsive staff.

Overall, good property with a few good amenities. However, I was VERY Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room when I checked in. I booked a non smoking room for my family and that wasn’t the case. Used towel and other items form previous guests was left in the room. NOT good!

OVERALL: Really great experience, would definitely stay here again. PROS: We got a 2-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, balcony with table & chairs, 2 full bathrooms, beautiful view, nicer than my first apartment! I wish we could've stuck around and enjoyed it all more. Also the whole front desk staff (at my request) kindly signed a happy anniversary card and gave it to my wife and me at check-in, a really thoughtful and well-delivered gesture; we really appreciated their extra effort. CONS: Nothing to mention other than some minor confusion over coffee availability. Long story short, the front desk staff should clarify that the Activities Center does serve coffee starting at 9:00. Or better yet, offer free coffee in the lobby. :-)
