Please read reviews. Pictures are misleading. I was too tired to take pictures myself. To get to the hotel you drive through an empty lot. Its tucked in the back and feels very unsafe to leave vehicle in parking lot. They have alot of beds trashed by their dumpsters. The lobby is very dirty. They make you sign a paper that makes you question if you should even stay. The elevator has cardboard on the floor and walls are damaged. The hallway smells terrible and the room is not like what you see in the pictures. One of the windows did not close and the a/c was very loud. There was supposed to be a sofabed but instead we got a rollaway. Because of the paper that we signed before seeing the room we felt we had to stay. It was just one night but we prob slept 3 hours or less. It seems like people actually live there. We left early to the airport on purpose.

This is a very new, clean Embassy Suites with nice big rooms and two tvs, kitchen, frig, etc. Bathroom was larger than most, with a tub. We did not arrive until after 9 PM and were thrilled that the bar area was open until 11 PM serving food. They had recycle bins and plenty of free parking. Best of all, Ryan, the Front Office Manager, located and mailed to us a lost cell phone! We will definitely stay again next time we visit the area. Bar tender was excellent.

The Hotel was BEAUTIFUL! Complimentary drinks out, friendly staff and overall great environment. Our kids had a blast at the pool, and we all had a relaxing evening up until… our nosy neighbors decided to get rowdy about midnight. Nothing that the hotel could have known was going to happen. We had banging, screaming and literally children jumping from bed to bed…. Absolutely uncalled for at the time that it was. Unfortunately went on till roughly 1am. So even though the beds were super comfy and we were ready for a great nights sleep it was severely interrupted by not so caring individuals that stayed “well it’s not like there staying in an AIRBNB” just sad.
I did talk with the staff in the morning upon checkout and was extremely satisfied with there efforts to make it right even though it was not at all the staffs fault.
We will be back, and hopefully have a better nights rest!

Front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, condescending. Hotel is going down hill. They gave our room away and tried to put a family of 5 in a King room.

The rooms were clean, roomy and modern. Every amenity you could think of. The evening snacks and drinks were amazing, and so was the breakfast in the morning. The restaurant, bar, and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Great stay overall

Did not like the fact that company removed hdmi inputs to television. Every child likes video games, and both rooms that I purchased had inputs removed which made playing video games impossible. Ridiculous!

We always enjoy staying at this hotel while on the area. The location is very convenient, the area has a huge variety of places to shop and eat. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. Our room was perfect. Breakfast is very well done. The bar is a nice option for the evenings. The lobby has plenty of space to relax as well.

This hotel is beautiful the breakfast was great overall everything worked out I just wasn’t to pleased with housekeeping especially because I had to go to the front desk and ask for more toilet paper it’s seems as though that area of work needs to be addressed

The hotel itself pulling up to it was grand. The lobby was extravagant and spacious. It was very welcoming feel checkin in. The staff was very friendly and I felt they wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of sleeping areas for the famly with even extra room for comfort. I was amazed they offered complementary drinks for happy hour for the guests. It was nice to see their lobby was populated with people being entertained by the hotels amenities. I love their fitness center. Their dumbells go up to 75 lbs which I've never seen before. They have state of the art machines from Life fitness. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Always plenty of eggs, sausage, bacon, and pancakes or french toast. Also there is a made to order omelette station.
The only downside from our stay was we were left with only 2 tissues from the bathroom. The second was the lobbys mens bathroom had zero towels to dry my hands and there were a couple glasses of half drunk alcohol left there overnight. It wasnt pleasant to experience that in a nice hotel. I did notify the front desk about it and it seemed they were getting that handled immediately. I would stay here again for sure regardless of the downsides I noted.

Very nice room - had one that fits up to 6 people. Clean and quick service. Complimentary breakfast had lots of options. Only issue we had was the elevator doors close very quickly

We were in town for a concert at Ruoff Music Center. We were able to easily walk to and from the concert. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Property was great, but Expedia sent me an email saying we could check in at 3, so we arrived at 3:20. While checking in, staff said we couldn't check in until 4. We had to set in libby for somost 45 minutes

There was an incident of a mirror breaking. It was explained to multiple staff members what had happened and we were told there would not be a charge. A few days later, they charged my card $250 claiming maintenance told a different story and giving us the run around on being credited back. Other than that, the room and stay was fine.

Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the delicious breakfast. Happy Hour in the bar was a great touch!

The concert crowd was too rowdy. Not everyone is there to party. Could do better with controlling those crowds with the late night party. Also the phones in the room did not work
