Great room! Great facility! Horrible heating and air!! Room was 78 when we got there, only cooled to 73 after 10 hours, though being set at 65 to cool room. Loved heated tiled floors.

Over charged my card for another night. The shower had really bad water residue around the bottom og the shower.

I had a two night. When I paid for it online the total cost for two nights was supposed to be just under $300. When I I checked in the total cost was almost $100 more. I asked the check in employee why and is it for parking. He said no it for amenities. This means for me that they are just trying to give me. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The dispenser for hair conditioner in the shower was completely empty. I thought that the housekeeper would refill it for the next morning. When I got to the hotel after the first night, not only was it not refilled, but no housekeepers showed up because the bed was still un-made, no towels replaced and the trash was still full. However I went to the Continental breakfast on the second morning, it was very good especially the omelette station.

Great Ski trip with my boys! The servers at breakfast and at the happy hour made our stay more enjoyable. Room, breakfast and hot tube were outstanding.

We got told our room
Was “upgraded” from a king suite to a queen because they overbooked. When we got to the queen room there was someone else’s dirty laundry in the room still. Very disappointed.

Our bath shower was not clean properly. The drain had hair from previous guest. This caused the drain to clog when showering. I was able to remove the hair to drain it properly .

When we got situated in our room, we realized the toilet was plugged. Maintenance arrived quickly and spent about 30 minutes fixing the issue. However, the bathroom sink was very sluggish as well. I think the plumbing needs a good clean out.

Beautiful hotel. Warm hot tub, cold pool, didn't feel like the heater was on unfortunately. Also, we got a suite and the heat only went to one side..... the other side was cold and kids said too cold to sleep

Something has happened since Thanksgiving. I visit often on business. 33 days last year at this hotel. This time, the bar and restraint in the evening is backed up. Like not enough staff to handle the number of people. I felt sorry for the bartender as she was trying her best.

The pool was not too cold and both the pool and hot tub were clean! Our room was pretty clean and we enjoyed staying in the suite. The staff was kind and did not act annoyed when I calleed asking for things. Best hotel stay by far!

I arrived at the 5-7 happy hour at 6:50. I ordered a blue moon and was charged for the beer. I thought it was free drinks as advertised?
The next night I ordered a casamigos rep tequila and was served and paid for a casamigos silver (which is a less expensive tequila). When I questioned the server, she told me I ordered the silver tequila. I told her I would not order that because I only drink represado or anjeo tequila. Needless to say, she still changed me the extra $5 for the tequila that I ordered but didn’t receive. Ultimately the cost was $15 more than I should have paid between the beer and the tequila

Overall we loved it here! I only gave 4 stars because the water in the pool was extremely cold and both the hot tub and pool are pretty small.
We still stay here again when come back to Utah.

Stayed there twice. First experience was great, nice staff, clean room, everything worked. I paid for a king and got a queen but I didn't mind, I'm only one person so I didn't say anything.
Second stay the front desk gal was rude and condescending. Got to my room and 3 lights were burned out in the kitchen area. The TV didn't work. The heat was down to 65 and freezing. The shower was out of soap, and the pillow cases smelled of sweat. I never write bad reviews, but this time I have to. Not a good experience.

I am a woman who travels alone. This hotel makes me feel very safe every time I visit (12 times a year). I am especially appreciative of Trish and Martha at the bar. I eat dinner there every visit and they always make me feel so welcome. Thank you!

The trip was good. Room was clean and front desk was always helpful. I would say the kitchen staff was friendliest. The breakfast buffet was good. But room service NEVER answered the phone. Terrible service. And they never once cleaned our room in the 5 nights we were here. 2 of the mornings we slept in and had a do not disturb sign.. but the other mornings, we saw them in the hall a few doors down headed towards our room. They saw us, we said hi. We didn’t have a sign on the door. And they never once entered our room and replaced our towels, took our trash, nothing. That was a bummer. One of the pillow covers and my kid’s sheets had an old deep yellow stain on it when we first arrived. The room was clean but the sheets made us a little iffy. Overall though, it was a nice quiet room. Modern and comfy suite, and central location to everything we wanted to see.

Nice hotel. They charge for parking, I didn’t know that when I booked. I was also charged additional money at check in and the lady at the front couldn’t explain why.

It’s not up to the embassy suites standards I have had at other places. Rooms were very dark and lacking space. Some extra lamps may help.

We had a great stay here, convenient location, great hotel and fabulous breakfast and drinks in the evening.
