For the price of over $200 for one night...it was a room with just the bare basics...not enough towels for 2 people....floors VERY SLIPERY for a handicap room...no microwave....no table big enough for 2 people to eat...only positive was the breakfast...it was adequate

Room was dirty. Hair and food crumbs at the top of the head board. Bed linen smelled like dirty dog. At 1:30am guest above us began jumping like they are playing basketball bouncing a ball on the floor and moving furniture around. Called front desk she didn’t answer. Waited tried again still no answer. Finally went down at 3am. She sitting talking on her cell. When I informed her of the issue she just got up and walked away.

The check in was not great. I had reserved a room for a king room and was pay at hotel. Got there to check in and was told i shouldnt have been able to get a king room and they couldn't find my reservation. The lady offered me a 2 double bed room and said to contact them directly from now on. I never had an issue with booking from hotels.com until now. Later on at dinner with my S.O. i get a call from cara who helped me a TON. she found my reservation that the girl "couldn't find earlier" and got me my room i orginally booked. It was a lot of back and forth between me and the first girl at the desk who tried to check me in and just a lot of confusion. Definitely was way more stressful than it needed to be because usually the ladies there are on point. Also the lady at the desk had her kid stocking the front snack and drink area and it seemed like her whole family was there and it was somewhat unprofessional. I wanted to stay elsewhere after dealing with that situation but thankfully cara saved the day. The hotel is great though. Comfy and clean and nice amenities.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was great, the staff at breakfast did a wonderful job, and Elee and the cleaning staff kept the place spotless! There were multiple people cleaning somewhere every time we went out of the room. First floor to fourth, they had the building shiny and smelling fantastic. We're very thankful for everyone and the great work they did.

Stayed on 4th floor last one from the end was very quiet till 2am I keep hearing a loud beep or a knocking noise for 30min finally went back to sleep

Beautiful hotel, some visible trash outside. Breakfast was "OK", not great, Whatever was used to clean/wax/polish the floor in the room had a very strong odor & the floor was noticeably slippery in spots. It was difficult to figure out the heating or a/c & the fan. Very comvenient location with stores & restaurants. We will stay at Hilton properties in the future but the cleaning agent odor was not pleasant.

Very nice hotel I appreciate no carpet in the room. The only complaint I have is the window shade wouldn’t do down in room 211. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Great location, easily accessible to everything. Staff was accommodating but not neccesarily very friendly. Did not like not having my room serviced during my stay. I want my room attended to on a daily basis when staying at a hotel. I don't want to have to make my own bed and pick up while on vacation.

We stayed here for the pool, it wasn't heated though 😂 otherwise the room was clean, bed comfy and breakfast was nice. Friendly check in and staff!

It was a pleasure to be able to stay at your hotel. It was clean and everyone was so friendly. I was there for my son’s retirement from the United States Air Force at Shaw Air Force Base.

This property charged very high prices as if it were a Hilton, but was nothing like a Hilton. The room was dirty, you had to make a reservation to swim (and could not swim as a family), had to ask to have your room cleaned, you had a pole which was very high to hang your clothes on, open wires on the wall, and empty containers of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. We paid $420.06 for two nights and it was not worth it! We had two family members who's planes were delayed and even though we asked to have their rooms held, the hotel did not. One family member is disabled which left us in a difficult situation. Don't waste your money !

Worse stay ever. Finally had to call desk at 115 am to ask if the group of people outside were going to continue to drink, yell and carry on all night. She said she would take care of it and she did but it should of never been allowed to go on that long. We had the air set on 60 so the fan would stay on and YouTube rain video on full blast and we still couldn't drown them out. Unreal!!! We didn't pay 160 bucks to have to stay awake up until 130 when it finally got quiet. It's a hotel folks,not a night club.

Tru is a modern subsidiary of Hilton. It's clean, efficient, and somewhat clinical. The room was fine except the TV was a pain to operate, the window coverings wouldn't raise or lower, and the soap dispensers were made for animals, not people. The free breakfast was OK, but not great (I'm still trying to figure what kind of egg dish they had). It was an adequate place to stay, though I wouldn't purposely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and decorated well. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. As for the room, the bed was fine but not as comfortable as beds at other hotels with similar star ratings. The pillows were pretty poor quality, very floppy with no support. For a newer property, this was not expected. If you are under 5' 5" or so, you will not be able to adjust the shower head, as it is made for very tall people. The sink hardware was not on well which made it difficult to turn the water on and off.
Overall, our stay was fine, just not as good as we would have expected.

Very clean cool atmosphere with pool table in lobby clean rooms. We actually use the heat one night and it worked perfect! Mattress, pillows and comforters very good and extra towels in bath which was nice. Free laundry facilities Would stay here again.

The bathroom sink drain in the first room didn’t work—the water literally didn’t drain. Not sure how the people who clean missed that and why it wasn’t out in for maintenance, but then we had to switch rooms. In the 2nd room we didn’t have a safe or larger fridge like we had in the first and the cord for the curtain was broken. Simple little things that were left broken. The gym needs a fan, and was out of wipes. It just seems like the people who work there don’t pay attention to things.
