We had a very pleasant stay. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and even gave our son a little gift from a treasure chest.

We stayed here as we are in the process of moving to St. George in this next year and we had a great stay! The front desk staff was very nice and upgraded our rooms without us asking! We will stay here again and will have family stay here once we move here as well!

Everything was excellent except the super hard bed and flat unsupportive pillows. My husband didn't get much sleep because his hips kept going numb and he tossed and turned. When we mentioned it at checkout THEN he told us we could have asked for a memory foam topper! I've never heard of that and would never know to ask. We told the assistant manager about it and she didn't do anything. That's why we're writing this review.

Bed was uncomfortable; harder than I prefer and seemed poor quality. I noticed something strange in the bathroom sink drain, lodged under the stopper. I got brave and pulled it out with a piece of kleenex. It was spaghetti and what looked like a piece of chicken. I feel like housekeeping should have noticed that while cleaning. The exterior and common areas are very nice; staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Close to our relatives’ house! Beautiful room, so clean and comfortable. We were told that the staff was off for Christmas day, and we were very fine with that! Come to find out, we got back Christmas night, and our room was freshened up with new towels and empty trash! So nice!

We stay here every year when we take our family trip up to Park City. It helps break up the trip, and the kids enjoy their pool and breakfast. The staff is always so friendly and helpful- have the most patience with families and young children! They are also very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are comfortable, and the area is quiet. This Hampton Inn is our top pick over any other hotels in St. George! A big thank you to the manager, Cora, for taking care of our accommodations of a connecting room last minute!

Needed a place passing through St George. Booked with Hotels.com. It was easy and fast, good breakfast, nice that it was open til 10am, as I got in very late. Well done.

Our room looked like it was never even cleaned from the last guests, except for the bedsheets. There were markings (red and brown) across the bathroom walls, food (i think) all over the carpets, hair on the bathroom floors. I was super disappointed with our stay.

We didn’t get his name but one of maintenance guy was super nice! I was lil disappointed that their Jacuzzi was not working… when we got into our room the TV remote was on the bed, pillows were not set up, some dust/dirt (looks like someone was laying with shoes?) was on the bed…. But overall it was clean hotel and stuff they are super nice!!!!

I booked a shuttle to the airport, verified time three times but upon leaving there was no shuttle and I was late checking in for my flight.
Also, I was informed they had a “full service dining room” that included dinner but upon arriving I was informed it was for breakfast only.
I had no rental car and there was no nearby restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

Tub was dirty, toilet paper still in the toilet when we arrived and the shower drain was slow so you stood in a puddle of dirty water to shower

I was so pleased with this property! We spent a week traveling between Utah to California staying in various resort style and boutique hotels with the Hampton being our last stop on our way home. I think I can officially say we are the Hampton Inn type of family. It was so much more our vibe. No charge for parking, free breakfast, the rooms were cleaner, bigger and nicer than any other place we stayed. And I cannot say enough about the desk staff. So friendly and accommodating. My little one was learning to swim and I asked for late checkout so we could go swimming again in the morning to build on the progress. The nice woman said yes, and that we were welcome to stay in the pool after checkout and gave us towels and toiletries to shower afterwards and offered to store our luggage. We go to St.George at least 2 times a year; this will be our go to spot from here out.

Very clean, modern property. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were not clean to highest standard…some dust, etc. in bathroom. Area is undeveloped so you have to drive to restaurants and shopping.
