Property is badly run down

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Even though it was as a mix of locals and travelers. The hotel has washer and dryers food nearby and a convenience store/gas station nearby.

I never could get the key to work properly even with an employee's help! Although Yuma is warmer than home, the heat was never enough in the room.

Old , delapitated, poor service, noisy.

Check in very smooth. Staff very accommodating. Had trouble with key card and one of the staff came and assisted. When I needed an extra pillow for my husband the check in person immediately found the housekeeping staff and I was given one. They were also very friendly asking about our plans and where we were coming from.

The room smelled of smoke terrible. It was obviously occupied by a smoker previously and it smelled like an ashtray. Very disappointed with this aspect of the room. If I didn’t arrive in the evening, or if I was staying more than one night, I would not have accepted the room. It stunk badly of smoke, really bad.

Older outdated hotel. Clean. Small rooms. Towels are thin. Most of washing machines are out of order. One of the front desk gals can be a little snarky when asking for an extra towel.

Be Advised: This property is not ideal for children or the elderly. It’s ran down, smells like a chain smokers coat and nothing works. The hair dryer didn’t work, the air never worked our entire stay, and the front desk girls stopped sending maintenance even though I requested him. The police knocked on my door looking for someone and I’m sure it’s a quick stop for night life. You couldn’t pay me to sleep there again. The rooms also looks nothing like the photo’s except the bathroom and that shows feels like a MRI machine its so close and snug. However, the ladies in housekeeping are exceptionally kind and sweet. The room was clean and the towels fresh and bright white. The front desk gentleman was very kind and accommodating. The ladies at the desk, not so much of either now were they helpful. The maintenance tech was also kind and helpful. The building is just old, leaky, and smelly. Blame the owners!

There were so many issues I had. The only thing positive I can really say is the maintenance guy Cody was really nice and the biggest help while I was there on getting me a new room after I was told I couldn't change rooms.

You get what you pay for, it was cold and there was no heating in the whole hotel. Clean, nice lady at desk, gave us extra blankets to keep warm. Stuff happens.

Room temperature was hot , bed uncomfortable.

The water was turned off for the whole building without warning for hours which I missed a bunch events I needed to be at. Ruined my whole time

The hotel is badly mantained. There were some small cockroaches in the badroom. It seems that a lot of homeless people live there temporarily. Would not recommend.

We check in to the hotel, the clerk asked if he could charge my room. The next am, I received an alert from Chase that someone charged my account for 1347.00 for a flight on Jet aBlue. This was the only time I used my credit card for any purchase in over a week.

The heat doesn't work, and the key of the room it's take forever to open.and at night some body come check on my door. And I yelled I call the police. Then they ran away.

Have stayed here numerous times throughout the year and its great but there are litte roaches in room sometimes

Stayed here twice, won't ever stay there again. Both times the Police were called to stop parties by youth. I think they should screen their costumers better.

The staff was very professional and helpful.

The room was just what I ordered. The property is nice, clean and well taken care of. The room was clean and the price was great.

Was at a good price

Manager was awesome they offered efficient new washers and dryers. For us on the go truck drivers that’s important.

Never staying there, again

People are friendly and is in a nice area that is really quiet

Careful when booking through a 3rd party app. The office people say sometimes it does not come through, so we had to wait around until it came through. Also they would not provide a paper receipt for the stay.

We arrived to lots of people out and about which was fine. People doing laundry, getting haircuts, just being outside. Our room was not as pictured. It said 2 queen beds but it felt like fulls. My bf is 6’5” and our friend is 6’8”. We needed the queen beds but decided to make do since it was 1 night. We left for dinner and when we returned the vibe and feel was completely different. There were people lingering around a truck beers in hand and one guy sitting on a rock in the parking for hours. There was another man who kept walking in front of our door and window for 30 min while we were trying to sleep. I went to get something out of my truck and a guy was leaning on my truck drinking a beer. I went and grabbed what I needed and he just stared at me while I went back to my room. I went inside and told my bf and our friend to pack up and we were leaving. I felt so unsafe and was afraid my truck would be broken in to or vandalized. We couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy. I told the lady at the front desk and she said ok and that there are a lot of day laborers. I said no these aren’t the day laborers. These guys were sketchy and it felt dangerous. We saw the red flags and wanted to get out of there fast. I had to book another room at another hotel. When we told the front desk guy at the new hotel, he told us we weren’t the first group to say this. Also that they’ve had the day laborers stay at their hotel & they can’t drink or they lose their jobs, never had a problem

Great staff and crew

Staff was nice, too many odd people hanging around outside(((( Room was GREAT Most power outlets I have seen in a room)))) mattress was excellent, not totally worn out as many in the area))) VERY clean!!!
