Bedding was dirty, the comforter smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns and tears all over it. We kicked it off and slept fully clothed and still felt our bodies itchy everywhere. The bathroom was also disgusting there was dry poop all over the flushing handle and on the toilet seat. Truly an inpleasant experience and will Never be staying here again

I had to as for a second key which I thought was weird when there were two adults and a child. There was no fan in the bathroom. The shower curtain was too short and decorative not waterproof. The ac only kinda worked. No privacy curtains in the window, only blackout curtains. So if we wanted to let light in, we would have no privacy. The tv didn’t work at all. The remote wasn’t in the room so I went to the desk to ask where it was or what and the guy gave me their remote for their tv…which didn’t turn on the tv.. Last but not least, the continental breakfast was a waffle maker, white bread, English muffins, cornflakes. And no non dairy options. Minimal breakfast.

Very unusual experience. To start out with is I showed my USDA certified for my support dog and clerk still charged me. Get into the room and noticed there was only 2 towels,2 wash cloths, and 2 hand towels for a reservation for 3. Asked for more and was told there is none. Went for a swim in t h e pool and the shower before pool was only freezing water. Took photos of toilet that was broken and walls had holes in them.

We figured would an ok place but the condition was poor. Missing mirror, broken bathroom door, light bulbs reversed in the bathroom (heat light should be on timer switch, not regular bulb) and just an overall sloppiness of the room. Housekeeping and maintenance people great, just poorly run by ownership.

This place should say motel. Filthy everywhere in the room. Mattresses were disgusting. The “Accessible Bathroom” had round door knobs, no detachable shower head, sink held up by old table legs. Then there was a homeless hangout right in the parking lot. Don’t waste your money.

Reserved room was not accessible from wheelchair as they do not have an elevator. There were homeless people camping out on property. Kid did not feel safe and overall properly looks very run down.

I liked the silence that was given when needed Rooms were cleaned Shower was good and hot

Initial light to turn on in room didnt work, so room was dark until i found another. Found cockroachs and mold in the bathroom. Not a good offering for breakfast, No syrup for waffles. Told the front desk person who didnt really seem to care. Dont think ill stay here ever again.

Love the lady who runs it during the day / morning hours. She’s always helpful and very pleasant

Front desk overcharged me, recorded me in the wrong room, and took 15 minutes to do it.

I did like swimming in the pool, what I didn’t like is there was no remote for the tv so could watch tv. There was holes in the walls nail polish all over the chairs. The bed wasn’t comfortable. They do offer free breakfast which was great! The staff is nice!

Not good, garbage everywhere around the property. Large gathering outside the room both nights.

The older gentleman is the only staff that’s actually polite. He’s a cool, chill and hard working fella. The other property staff are kinda off putting and rude. I don’t know if this location changed owners or what. I’ve been coming here for almost 2.5years now and in the last year the customer service went to sh*t. The only benefit to what I believe are new owners are it seems like they do a better job of keeping the facilities clean. Either way the location is unfortunately right next to a homeless rehab building. The building looks like another hotel but in actuality it’s a homeless rehab building. Which wouldn’t be an issue but that unfortunately attracts along of shady types who break into cars constantly at this location. There is also a rat problem here, while in my room I opened the window on the ground floor and immediately re shut is due to the presence of a large rat. This is not my fist encounter here with rodents. If you’re looking for a safe, clean location while settling this is not it. Take your travels just 10 min further to troutdale for a much safer, cleaner and comfortable stay at just about any of the locations they have for accommodations.

Checked in: hot tub not working, that was annoying but fine we will deal with the situation. Entered room: ac was busted, beds horribly springy; inadequate amount of towels in room & could not obtain additional towels until the following morning. Hotel grounds: trashy, homeless dumpster diving, it was a little nerve-racking to be outside at night because of the type of guests or wonderers on property. This hotel was not well cared for. Breakfast: a single waffle maker, sausage, juice. Not much of a breakfast but was nice to have something to eat. Checking out: front desk had informed me that I was getting a rate adjustment because of the multiple problems. I had already prepaid so I had to contact Expedia to get that adjusted rate refund. Expedia did their job which they needed to contact the hotel, they got back to me saying that the hotel denied my adjusted rate.

The hallway smelled like cat pee, the bed was super old, broken down, and stained. The room looked like it was in the middle of a renovation and the walls were thin so it was very noisy. The room stated no smoking but it clearly used to be as the room still had a faint smoke smell to it. Everything felt sticky and if i wasnt so exhausted i would have left. A refund would be greatly appreciated.

Not a very good area. Cheap hotel but that's the only positive. Room was clean, breakfast was cold cereal, toast or waffles.

They have a washer and dryer on site! If you don’t have quarters you can download an app and be able to use it that way. Room was modern and clean

Parking lot needed work large pot holes, could not hardly drive without going through them and garbage in parking lot. Rooms were good.

This place is Terrible. Before driving to their parking lot the road has a lot of big pot holes that you need to encounter, the pot holes are unavoidable. Also it’s surrounded by lots of homeless people. Wouldn’t really a good place to comeback and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Lots of trash and homeless people lingering around.

Check in was at 3 and arrived just before 4 pm. Room not ready, told they don't do check in until after 4. Theybtried to charge me a oet fee for my Service Dog. Didn't have an elevator or any way to get into the basement (wheel chair user) and fought me on getting an ADA accessible room becasuse "dogs can only stay in basement". Once I asked for a refund and told them numerous times their behavior was illegal, I was given a room on the main floor. The place was disgusting. Food or blood splatter on the ceiling and curtains. Cigarette holes/burms in the linens. The bathroom door was so warpwd ot looked like there had been a plumbing issue at one point. The shower rod was falling out of the wall so the curtain wouldn't stay shut. The tiles on the bathroom floor moved as you walked across them. A prior guest died their hair and got hair dye all over the sink area. Including tje hair dryer. The room was very dark and some of the bulbs were out. On theor website they aftervise that an iron amd ironing board are in every room. There wasn't one and when I went to the front desk to request one, the guy had no idea what I was asking for. After 3 times of me trying to explain it to him, he said he ahd to ask housekeeping to bring it up. When I returned to ky room they had only brought the ironing board and so I had to go back to the front desk to request, for the 4th time, an iron. The breakfast room was a mess, not refilled or kept up. Every xhair amd table had food spilled.

Great staff at checkin. We were stranded due to a snowstorm. Tyler very helpful even after working for an extended period. Snow paralyzed the area, so nice to find a clean, hotel with comfy beds and great kitchenette for an extended stay.

Was warned about crack heads waking us up by staff at check in, sketchy patrons, smelled of smoke of all kinds, bed was old and uncomfortable, pillow felt like it was stuffed with rags, pool sky lights were moldy and paint falling off, pool water was over chemically treated, and bathroom fan sounded like a train passing by, fitness room offered but not in service. O, and breakfast buffet was very limited, not as advertised.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and smell of the hotel upon arrival. The service was lackluster and the whole place had a cruddy vibe.

Tried to cancel the reservation over the internet but failed. Walked in the hotel and register to cancel but the clerk could not find us listed on the reservation so we guessed the cancelation went through. Hope didn't lose the reservation fee such a waste when we couldn't make it to enjoy that night?

Mostly okay. However the day clerk, without my knowledge, made a copy of my credit card, and left it on the desk for people to see. The night clerk saw it and brought it to me. She told me that the day clerk should never have copied it. Whether she wanted to use the CC info herself and forgot it at work or she just left it there for others to see, I do not know. I am following up with the authorities as well as my bank. This person should be released from her employment at the very least.

Moderately priced, convenient to freeway, all areas of Portland including Costco and Airport. Ready for an upgrade.

So I get here to check in the girl mentions the jetted tub doesn’t work mind you we can still get inside however just the wets dont work which is fine however we get to the room get everything ready we take a bath then get into the shower the shower is a one person shower which that’s okay but the shower head has rust on it n the water pressure isn’t good it feels like water isn’t even getting on your body then we go out to get hot tea because they have little containers with coffee and hot water the water wasn’t hot what so ever so I ask the lady at the front to get new hot water she just put hot water mix in with the cold water I know this because the “hot water” that was already out was freezing cold n the water she brought back out was just a tad bit warmer n I know they had real hot water was because in the morning I went into the breakfast room and you know if you worked in hospitality they have those hot water red handles connects to the coffee makers then later on I come back out n the morning lady she’s arguing with this guy who has 3 kids about syrup she’s lying n saying she doesn’t have anymore n telling him he should’ve came later which I knew she had more because I literally saw into the closet that they kept everything so she was so disrespectful and for breakfast they only have waffle maker I am a Muslim I don’t eat sausage so it was only sausage and waffles with break and fruit that’s about it I literally drove 15 minutes to go to dennys to get breakfast

Not the best place to stay. The outsid of the place isnice looking. Half the parking is a Big muddy parking lot. There were BIG rats running from bush to bush and out under peoples cars. The room wasnt horrible other than the fact that 1 of the beds was broken prteet badly in the middle making it impossible to sleep comfortably. There was a big puddle of what i assume was dog pee right outside our room. The staff was great though! Overall i would not recommend this motel.

This place is not friendly. What ever cleaning stuff they used is very strong in the room. Very hard to breathe. Not a safe neighborhood at all
