The service at Element By Westin Ubud is simply impeccable! Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing outdoor pool, and a wellness spa. They have a great spread for breakfast buffet as well!
Overall, I highly recommend Element By Westin for travelers looking for a relaxing and environmentally conscious stay in Bali's cultural hub.

I solo travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful and helpful and made me feel at home. The food is good & the views is so amazing from the rooms. When the airline lost my luggage they went out they way to call the airport and help me out.

This is my favorite place to land whenever I get to Bali> I generally stay here until I find longer term accommodations. At this point, the staff knows me and treats me like family. I feel welcomed, safe, and cared for while surrounded in the natural beauty of the space. Everyone is so helpful. The rooms are beautiful clean and relaxing. The food is amazing. So far, I stayed here on 4 different occasions and will always come back to experience true Balinese hospitality.

Very nice hotel with cleanliness, simple design and friendly staffs.
Location is distance from everywhere. Luckily hotel has provided free shuttle to city center and money forest.

Excellent stuff service , wonderful breakfast bunch of variety, up to date maintenance of the property . Breakfast stuff Dewi and PR front desk Weda they are out standing with their job. All in all its an unforgettable stay for us. .

The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we really enjoy the pool and the quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and food was delicious. an excellent value option for a chilled resort experience in Ubud.

Little bit far away from Ubud. There is a shuttle, running just every two hour for max 10 guests till 7 pm. However, it is easy grabbing a taxi. All in all a good place to stay...

The hotel is excellent and in particular, the staff is remarkable. We extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights and we could have stayed even longer. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff goes the extra mile and guests can relax to the fullest. There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to take you to the center of Ubud.

The hotel was lovely although our room had a musty/mouldy smell. We asked to look at another room, but this smelt the same. Not enough umbrellas around the pool. Breakfast food in serving dishes was not hot. Too much expectation on using apps to locate information, ie there is a cinema on site but couldn’t find out what was showing. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Overall though loved the hotel.

The staff was absolutely the top performing part of my stay. They were very courteous and accommodating. They went above and beyond what was expected. The food was great and so authentic. I enjoyed the variety and it was much appreciated. Nyepi day could have been very boring, and I was not expecting too much to do on that day, but it was great. I did not expect much staff to be on hand and it was really appreciated. A great stay and memorable trip.

The property is very good. Service is excellent. Our 4 year old was very well looked after by the staff. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was cleaned twice a day and the corridors are kept very clean at all times. The pool has been fantastic and the water was very clean and fresh.
The only issue I had was that the air freshener used in the elevator is quite strong and caused me headaches.
