Great place to stay! Staff-friendly, nice and clean.

The absolute most comfortable beds. If I need a place to just be able to get good sleep, this is the hotel i would come to. It was quite and the showers and towels were great.I stay at a lot of hotels and this one is exceptional!!

Our room was not as clean as it could have been. I know no one uses the phone anymore but it shouldn’t have tons of dust on it. The floor also needed vacuuming. The location was convenient. We were leaving for a cruise the next day. The bed was comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again

Construction on the roads near the property make it a little tricky to get to. The pillow and blanket for the pullout were not clean. The staff was very friendly and promptly provided new ones.

Wonderful, comfortable, family trip for Christmas weekend. Great location between Houston and Galveston. Plenty of options for food and shopping in the nearby area. Quiet and safe location. The room itself was very roomy and clean. The bed was OK but not great. The bathroom was small for a door to swing inwards. I would suggest the door swing out for additional bathroom space- just a thought. Other than that, it was great. The breakfast was delicious too. Lots of options! The amenities in the kitchenette was very surprising. Large fridge, dishwasher, microwave. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Room easily accommodates 2 adults and 3 kids.

My first night when I arrived after driving 7.5 hours was terrible. My room wasn't available and the front desk didn't have access to a supervisor which makes no sense at all. She then says I may have to call Expedia and they may have to change my room status or put me in another hotel. I ended up being put in a wheelchair accessible shower room.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. Hospitality from the hotel workers was outstanding from the person at the desk to all of the other hotel staff.

Clean, organized, good staff

My only problem was the elevator it closed to quickly. It almost nocked me down. I just had knee replacement surgery and I'm using a cane so I don't move very fast.

My outlets and refrigerator did not work. My room was kind of dirty.

Great location and very spacious room, perfect for a family getaway.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. Very nice that you get basically a whole kitchen in your room. They are also very dog friendly and the options at breakfast are more than I’ve ever seen at any other hotel. Could not recommend this hotel enough. I will be staying here every time I come to Texas City

This property was brand new during our stay. It is a beautiful hotel and the customer service was stellar. I will definitely stay there again and it will be my go to hotel when visiting Galveston.

Our stay was awesome. Great service and clean rooms. Not so noisy and really great location. Will stay here the future.

Cleanest and most equipped hotel I have ever stayed in. A huge refrigerator and bed, soft fluffy pillows, need I say more. The bathroom was brightly lit and organized. Plenty of toiletries and great water pressure in the shower. If the room didn’t have enough great things already, throw in a 50 inch TV and even a pull out sofa bed.Room so spacious that my daughter rides her hoverboard in it. I want be staying anywhere else from this day forward. The bar has been raised so you other hotels better catch up. Best stay ever!!!!!!

It was a very nice hotel . But house keeping didn’t clean the sink and there was food in the kitchen sink

The a/c didn’t work in our room and the breakfast didn’t even seem edible.

I have given the hotel manager a week to call me back and she still has not called me. Their policy is for the guest to request housekeeping to clean the room. We had overflowing trash, dirty towels and sheets. We requested to have a full cleaning while we were out for the day. When we got back at 8:30 pm they had not touched our room. We had to change our sheets (they had sand from the beach), gather the trash and get fresh towels! I was not happy at all.

The room was a good size & the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small & the door blocked the sink & toilet.

The room was very clean, it was huge, and decorated so pretty. Lots of cabinet and storage space. There was every amenity in the room you’d need. Except…hand soap and lotion. The room was huge but the bathroom was tiny. This was the loudest room I’d ever stayed in. It was convenient because the side parking and side entrance was right next to the room but the fire whatever it was room was next door and every 5 minutes it sounded like an airplane was taking off. It was sooo loud all night. My oldest son wasn’t very comfy on the sofa bed but the room was large, and clean but had some hiccups. Oh…the breakfast is awful!! It tastes really bland and just not good.

The service was stupendous and the I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness.

We called ahead of time to let them know that we would be between 11pm and midnight checking in. I also prepaid for my reservation so there would not be any issues. Upon arrival the staff was very gracious and we had a good rapport going on. She gave me my room # but I had to write it down as they were out of the key card envelopes. Went upstairs and the room # didn't exist. Go back down, and get the correct # from another staff member. Open the door and it is a handicap room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. I had reserved 2 queens. Go back downstairs, and the original staff member was rude when I told her my concern. She said well you were late and we are sold out and Expedia oversold the rooms and had us down for a king suite. She told me that Hotel.com would make it right and move us, but it was 11:30 by then and we were tired so I gave in and didn't fight about it. The other staff member, Marvin, was very pleasant and helped us at other times of our stay. Just wish I had been insistent when I called ahead that we needed the 2 queen beds.

My stay was good. I didn’t care for the breakfast selection but I ate cereal lol. The staff was nice. The room had a smell but sprayed perfume to cover the stink. Overall stay was good. I will stay again in the future.

Very clean hotel, very nice amenities. Check in was quick and staff were responsive to any needs we had.
