Just a short overnight stay this time. Brenza remains our first choice in Kobe for convenience and value

The location is nice, very close to the station. This was a big plus. The room was mostly comfortable, but there were some catches. The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit, one day I went from taking a warm shower to a hot shower and then a cold shower. The fridge in the room did not work and they asked if I wanted to change rooms, I just wanted the fridge to work. Finally, the washer worked well, but the dryer part was not working well at all. Some of my clothes were damp even after two hours of running them and I made sure not to go over the weight specified on the cycles. All in all, this was not a bad stay but it could have been better.

My stay was pleasant at Brenza Hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful, so much so to assisting my with deciding movie tickets. Sometimes a Google translator app is not enough. The room was clean and quite which made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely no with them agian. The location was very concierge for both trains and bus stations. Places to eat were numerous and very close, especially the Lawsons next door. Terrific experience.

Had just a short overnight stay and room was spacious considering Japan standard. Clean and good location with easy parking but limited lots and expensive.

The hotel is comfortable, and convenient transportation. The space is huge. Also the hotel is clean. Besides, my wife recommended that if the hotel increases a small standing mirror or cosmetic mirror on the table will be great for ladies or families.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. Breakfast was semi-buffet, the main course was plated by the chef with greens, fruits, eggs and a meat with a small soup and yogurt. Breads were self-service. I enjoyed the breakfast :) My single room was sufficient large, equipped with a controllable air-conditioning. Appreciated the eco-friendly options, with self-service amenities (toothbrush, cleansing oil) bar. Location is very good, with many inexpensive dining options and convenience stores nearby.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walking from station and eating. Good shopping options in area. Efficient and polite service as expected from Japanese business hotels. Breakfast was a set service, not a buffet, so those with dietary restrictions may wish to inquire first.
