Great stay from start to finish. My last stay in Nashville was at the Graduate and it was not a good stay at all. This place rebounded for Nashville in a big way. From the valets when we arrived to the check in clerk to the bar/restaurant staff, everyone was super nice. The room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. We stayed two nights here. The breakfast was great, pool area beautiful although it was to cold to get in. The location was also great as your in walking distance to the strip of bars and clubs and next to country music hall of fame. I would recommend this stay very much.

Nice property, clean rooms, amazing location , close to everything! Yes, there is xtra charge for the valet parking but the $50/day to keep my car in an indoor garage in downtown Nashville is well worth it. The only negative comment I have is about this hotel is in regards to the poor breakfast choices, items such as bacon, pancakes, waffles should be added to the every day scrambled eggs and oatmeal offered . I would definitely recommend this hotel, I would stay here again myself, just have breakfast somewhere else. Cristina

Great location walking distance to all of the major attractions

The room service and cleaning wasn’t good.

Bathroom had constant water running, very loud at night . Room wasn’t cleaned once in the 3 days we were there .

We loved our stay here! Would definitely stay again. Short walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and other local attractions. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I want that bed for my home! Sheets were crispy clean, pillows not so fluffy that you couldnt use them. Breakfast was great. Many offerings, hot coffee and area was clean and comfortable. Drawbacks were as stated in other reviews....the entrance to parking, and the building was not well marked. It took a little patience, but was worth the inconvenience. It is $50 per night for parking, but it seems all the downtown hotels have comparable fees. Once our car was parked it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go. We went to the rooftop bar at night and had drinks and appetizers. Food was good, and reasonably priced. Service was lacking on the night we were there, which was disappointing. They weren't too busy, but our server was less than attentive....my husband took our empty glasses back to the bar and ordered fresh drinks and to ask for a box for our leftovers. But, the view was beautiful!

Fantastic stay!! Having a valet on sight and a full kitchen was wonderful. I was really impressed how nice the entire property is for the price. I travel extensively and this has been a true gem.

Gorgeous place to stay! The hot tub was perfect!

Everything was wonderful. The only issue that we actually had was the TV in the room not working properly or the remote was not functioning I am not sure which.

Had a very pleasant stay. Easy check in, overnite parking is a little pricy but convenient. Beautiful, clean large room was everything and more. Will definitely be back. Less than two blocks to Bridgestone arena.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I think they need more staff and more elevators. We spent a lot of time waiting in line to check in and out, but the biggest wait time was for elevators. They only have 3 elevators so accommodate 23 floors of guest rooms.

Great Location. But the hotel needs some TLC, the walls have damage and have not been repainted so the fixes are highly visible. The morning breakfast is great. There is no parking available except for the Vallet. Which is 50 USD a night. The lot across the street is 37 USD however you have to reset your meter before it runs out otherwise it needs to be rescanned.

The hotel was clean and sleek. I liked that our room was big… we had plenty of space.

At Check in, Yakima helped us and was fabulous. Very helpful, bright and cheery. Our stay was very good. It was not until check out that I was disappointed. At check, the girl (I did not get her name) was quick to check us out, but I told her I wanted to use a different card for our stay. She took the card and acted like she was charging it, but come to find out she just kept the charge on the card I used to book the room, which I did NOT want it on because it wiped out my bank account. Overall our visit was good. A nice clean hotel

We loved having the little kitchen to make coffee and heat up left overs. We also like the fact the the bed was away from the door so we didn’t hear the other hotel room door opening and closing
