Was in the room 15 minutes and watched a bedbug crawl across the white bedspread. We took a picture and left the room immediately!

Couldn’t even relax at night because you yeah, crackhead roaming the parking lot at night looking through peoples windows so I had to sit in my car all night so this guy wouldn’t mess with my car and then they sent the cops after me instead of the crackhead roaming the parking lot looking through people‘s windows imagine that

The pictures for this hotel are incredibly misleading. The overall place left us feeling uncomfortable and gross. Just about everything here needs to be renovated, it doesn’t look like a single coat of paint has been applied since the 1970s the pool was not at all as advertised, smelt like b.o and chlorine, and the hot tub was available for use with caution tape around it. The room was gross, there are marks all over the walls, and we felt like we needed to wear our shoes around inside the room. Everything in the bathroom was extremely loose from the shower handles to the toilet seat. There are far better places to stay in the city than here.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are gross, shower didn't drain and leaked, and the toilet didn't flush. I called the front desk about the toilet and they told me to come down and get a plunger which they proceeded to hand me over the front counter in a bag. The pool is disgusting too. All the carpet throughout the entire hotel is stained and nasty also.

The ONLY good thing about this facility was the desk clerk upon checkin on Friday 5/3 at 10:30 p.m. Beyond that, the hotel is dirty. Everything is broken. None of the staff speaks English. Broken bathroom sink faucet. Broken toilet paper roll. Broken sofa bed, which also didn't have sheets or a blanket even though check-in was expected. Non vacuumed floors. No in room phone service. TV not plugged in and cable not connected. Pool overly chlorinated. Hot tub out of service (and apparently it has been for at least six months). Free breakfast consisted of old, dried out oranges; broken juice machine; dried out mini muffins; no cream cheese for bagels on one of the days; no spoons for the cereal or oatmeal. Front desk doesn't answer the phone when calling from cell phone (due to non working in room phone). Wyndham should not be associated with this property. It does not help their reputation.

The fire detector had been pulled off the wall and there was a big hole left in its place. Bathtub was stained and the enamel was wearing off in sections. Floor was stained with nail polish that we mistook for blood. It was bad. Staff was friendly and accommodating in as much as possible.

This hotel is horrible. Their service is horrible. The front counter was nice but not helpful. The never had any clean towels. The carpet in the room was old and spotted. The atmosphere was uncomfortable , it appears they rent rooms weekly to displace people and the environment displayed it. It felt unsafe. People with vicious animals like rottweiler were in front of the hotel upon arrival and they look unkept. We tried to call the front desk never prevailed. Walk up front he told me the lines don't work . Google the hotel number and call that way. All of the vendor machines were broke accept one on the second floor. This place needs to refund our money

The room was dirty, floor and bed skirt were stained, window was wide open. The door had to be forcibly open and shut. Front desk took 25 minutes to check us in, but was quick about giving a full refund.

Hotel photos do not match the hotel at the Grand Rapids location. The elevator was terribly dirty, the shower was moldy and hair every where , there was a dirty washcloth under sink in the corner on the floor and the carpet was super dirty.

I had to kick my door open because it was stuck. There were stains, very few towels, small bathroom, lacked amenities such as fitness, ice machine, etc., it smelled weird and I had to spray the room, and the shower didnt work well. It wasnt absolutely horrible but I've stayed in better rooms for the same amount of money.

The building is in serious need of repair. I booked it because of the hot tub, which I found out hasn't been in service for a long while. The TV didn't work. Talking to another guest that changed rooms 4 times to get one that was clean. I would not recommend this place.

Well I woke up to a homeless man outside digging in the trash we parked outside are window to see are room and a cop came and started looking in are car and there are needles on the ground in the parking lot smells like smoke in the room

Room was not clean, door was broken didn't close all the way. The front desk ppl were rude and unhelpful. The pool room was jus dreadful. Never stay here!

The shower head was barely connected to the wall. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom so everything gets wet when taking a shower including the toilet paper. Beyond that the only good thing was that the bed was comfortable, but the cable channels were extremely limited. Really just a very cheap place to rest your head for the night. I would not do an extended stay there. This is also the same building for the baymount hotel. Its just one long desk with a logo sign behind each computer. I wouldn't recommend either place.

The place was very dirty and out of date. Toilet seat was broken. The shower had a bad seal. Carpet was very dirty. Pool Area did not have towels and the bathrooms were a blowout.

They allow people that don't have a room inside the building, who then start asking for money and had some dude who had no room follow me to mine thank goodness my husband was there. Would not recommend for families or women if so pay attention to your surroundings. Also was charged three different times for the incidentals that have yet to be returned. I would never stay here again.

First room had an electrical issue that left the whole wall without power. Second room smelled like a 3 day old cigarette. Breakfast was donut holes and cereal.

Came to town for a soccer tournament for my daughter. Right off the bat, the hallways and elevators stink like old weed. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, when I turned on the bathtub, the first second of water was rusty and disgusting. Went down to the front desk to ask for more towels, asked the desk clerk for some towels, he went into the back room, came back 7 minutes later without any towels, then asked if I just needed two bath towels, I asked for 3, and he scoffed and acted like it was a major inconvenience to give me 3 towels instead of two. The service was terrible, the building is run down. Just not a good place for a family to come stay.

When we got off the elevator to our floor that was a horrible smell. It was there every single time we went to our floor. The room itself didn’t smell horrible, but the bathroom was run down. The toilet seat was coming off and the tub was clogged so bad that when we showered we ended up standing in water up to our shins. The people who checked out in front of had the same issues so it wasn’t like we got a bad room. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty and the carpet had gunk stuck in it. We also chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which ended up being closed the whole time we were there. We booked through Expedia and then got to the hotel and they charged me another $50 for a cleaning fee. Why am I paying a cleaning fee when you are clearly doing the bare minimum. Would not recommend that places. It’s a days inn/baymont combo. Avoid both in that area if you are looking.

We got to the hotel and it was not maintained and unkempt. The rooms looked dirty, dingy, and the population hanging out were concerning. We did not stay and they refused to return my money. Be very weary

no sign on the building, my husband had to drive around to find it. not up to standards of a $90 stay, more like $60. Toilet seat was coming off, toilet paper dispensers were loose, the desk and chair were near collapse. Breakfast food was stale and not great quality. will never stay there again. the drapes were hanging off broken rod and light came in all night. room was clean and bed comfortable but that's the only positive. room was repainted but not professionally

This is not the place to get away . This is the place you stay when you are desperate. The hot tub didn’t work. They were rude at the desk . Police in the parking lot with dealing with prostitution and domestic violence.

Thought I would be able to stick it out. The paint was all over the place in the bathroom, the tub had rust and was leaking, the carpets had VERY noticeable stains and there were obvious clumps of spider webs by the window, our remote didn't work for the tv, and at 7am ish someone had their dog barking in the hallway and wasn't stopping them even though it was still early morning, and the final straw was a phone ringing or an alarm(we're not really sure what it was) that woke us up at 10am and went off for a straight half hour even though we called the front desk twice. Oh, and the window let a cool breeze in the entire night even thought it was closed while a fan(or something) outside ran the entire night. All together just felt like a very dirty and gross hotel so I checked out the next morning asap.

There were stains on the bedding. Bed bugs, blood splatter on the curtain broken tub, no towels or toilet paper. No ADVERTISED hot tub, freezing cold pool, only cereal and donut holes for breakfast

This was below bottom. It took us three rooms till we got one that was semi ok. Bathrooms very outdated with old cracked tiles, not very clean defenitley need some fall cleaning, bathtubs were painted and the paint was chipping off. Thank goodness we were gone all day and just slept there. breakfast you had toast, bagel or cereal and warm juice not good. To bad couldn't cancel the reservation. Would not recoment to anyone.

A lot of things didn't work. None of the games worked in the game room, the hot tub didn't work, the pool was on swimmably freezing, the vending machines didn't work. The breakfast was subpar. Front counter help was very nice

The staff was really nice! The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. That is all I can say about this place that was positive. The parking lot was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, around the bottom of the toilet, and the tub hasn't been cleaned! We thought it was because the paint was chipping in the bottom of the tub, but at closer inspection it was clear no one had cleaned it in a while. We arrived with little time to change rooms for a conference, so we had no time to change hotels! We ended up staying, because it was close to the venue we were returning to early the next morning. We did check out, as soon as we possibly could!

Save your money! I have never seen anything like this in my life… the place is so outdated that I dont know how they are still in business.
First room, was a disaster take a look at the pictures and this is just a small thing. Lady was not gonna change the room, till i talked to the gentleman. Second room, again no towels, manual door guard/lock/latch🚪 was broken. There was a very strong smell. Its like someone just smoked or something else.
Long story short… disaster…
