Traveling with small children is a task all in itself, which is why I make every effort to plan ahead! In this case, I booked a room with a bathtub. I even called ahead a couple
Days before, but after waiting 20 mins for a human to show up to the front desk and I was able to finally checked in, I was given a room with a shower only. Young children DO NOT SHOWER. Again, no person at the front desk area….once she finally showed up I was told housekeeping was behind that day because they had a meeting in the morning but I was blocked in to switch to a bathtub room the next morning. I was to come back around 9am for new keys. Lo and behold, no room was avail the next day either. In fact, we were never switched to a bath tub room.
I also called to prepare the hotel to leave a mattress topper in our room. I asked again when we checked in. 4 days and 3 night stay, NEVER received the mattress topper.
Coffee is awful here! If you need coffee to get going in the morning, plan on offing from Tata’s behind the hotel or you’ll be seriously disappointed.

It was my second time visit this venue.
My first stay was so worderful and I did not think of choosing any other places for my LA visit this time.
Still, it was good place to stay. However, I was a little disappointed.

This was an amazing stay! They were super helpful and the breakfast was nice!

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed for 4 days so only got 1 room cleaning once which worked out. They had a laundromat there so it helped! You have to pay nightly parking around 18/night but they do hold a 150 fee at time of Chechen then will deduct at checkout. Loved the fireplace area. Breakfast was ok, we were there when it was busy so had to wait for them to refill food, choice selections changed depending on the time. If you’re looking for sausage meat option, definitely go early before 8/830. Overall we loved our stay there!

This hotel was amazing!!! The staff and amenities were great!!! It is close to everything you need in the LA area. The only bad thing was the elevators were not so good but they were really trying to fix it.

staff was excellent and breakfast was good. Only drawback was that there were no designated pet free rooms and my wife and daughter have allergies. they did move us to another nearby pet free hotel. very pleased with the overall outcome

The a/c in our room didn’t cool our room down at all. I asked the front desk clerk to have this fixed and was told an engineer would stop by. No one came to investigate and we managed through an extremely hot room for the night. The hallway was colder than our room.

Shower is moldy black not clean at all don’t go off of pictures here because it’s far from picture perfect. For $350 a night on a weekend. I shouldn’t be wearing sandals in the shower. Staff ok. Food another disappointment. I don’t no why they have upscale prices if you don’t plan on being upscale.

The room's carpet was super dirty and stained, the shower floor and the kitchen floor felt sticky, we request to change rooms but they said they were all booked, we decided to all wear our shoes inside the room because of how discussed we felt from stepping in the carpet.

Everything was good with check in. Stayed there for the Cowboys game. The only issue we had was the carpets in rm 262 are very stained. The F&B manager should also look at your breakfast quality it’s subpar compared to others. Everything else was good.
