Very clean and comfortable.

Dining area was very nice but the rooms were overlooked with appliances and cleaning facilities.

Horrible place to stay! Front desk lady was very rude and rooms on the 2nd floor were dirty! Had blood on our blankets and dog food on the floor and mold on the other bed! Never staying here again!!!

Nothing spectacular but i never felt unsafe but it did have a feeling of a by the hour establishment.

The service was excellent and the room was clean. The waffle iron at breakfast made waffles in the shape of Texas! The location was good for me as it was close to family and about 15-20 min from the airport.

We arrived late after a 5 hour flight delay. Staff wasn’t too helpful. Room was average not very clean.

Asked for quiet room. Idiot put me on highway side. Noise all day and night. Semis, crotch rockets, etc. No restaurants near by. You can easily pass entrance. Complicated street layout to get here from 35. Water in gym and breakfast area didnt work. Finally food some food just south of here on Stassny. Take road behind hotel. One block and make left. Idiot checkin guy didnt know about this area.

Room was fairly clean, the garbages had not been emptied and there were old banna peels in them

Lucked out with this booking for nye weekend. It was cheaper than everywhere else, super clean and spacious room. I’d def stay here again.

It was ok, nothing spectacular. If you stay more than a day, they don't replace towels or make up the beds. You need to ask for it. They should get a door hanger for this purpose. We had asked for connecting rooms but they gave us rooms next to each other. They said they don't have connecting rooms. Since it is on the one way frontage road, if you miss the entrance, you need to detour about a mile.

Room was great!! beds were very comfortable, room was quiet, not quite enough hot water but very nice towels and shower soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was plentiful, but not special.

Breakfast wasn’t very good but otherwise wetting was nice.

Bed was firm and water pressure was not for someone with long hair

Our bathroom faucet did not work and the hallway was freezing so it creeped into the room. The area around is a bit sketchy but maybe chafing.

Staff Outlook

Staff was so good, very helpful, friendly, and very professional. Went out of there way to make my my stay most pleasant. Very clean rooms, the layouts was outstanding and comfortable. I'll be staying here again for sure.

This was the absolute most horrible room I have ever stayed in. I could feel the vibration on vehicles on the freeway, the noise was very loud. I was against the stair well and exit door. I heard it slam 63 times. The trash truck serviced the dumpsters at 3am. That’s very loud. I didn’t get any sleep at all. I am very very dissatisfied and disappointed. When I left, I tried to by a coke from the cooler. The girl working the front was on the phone. I guess her hands were too busy to ring it up. Zero multitasking there. She wasn’t speaking sign language. I’d like my money back and a credit for another room on the house. This time, not in room 102. That room is hell. Oh, and the walls are made of paper. I could heard people talking the whole time. Talking and running water and flushing g toilets. I had to leave town and go back to Houston to get some sleep. I lost the whole day. I make about $500 per day. That’s what this cost me. The more I think about it, the more upset i am about it.

Everything was clean. The staff was courteous and the beds or nice.

Hotel was conveniently located. Nice to have a refrigerator, though I had to pull it out and plug it in to get it to work. The separate sofa in the "suite" area was nice. The cost of the room was quite reasonable, but the PET FEE was absolutely OUTRAGIOUS! $150 for a pet fee for our well-behaved 8-pound dog was just out of line. Good thing everything else was reasonable!

The lady Isidra working in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel at a good price but not walkable to anything. The room was modern and very comfortable. Staff was pleasant and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing. This area needs improvement. If I wanted to stay in this specific area, I would consider this hotel again.

Staff is very good and property well kept

$150 for pet fee is the most expensive from any other hotel that I ever pay. Not pet friendly at all.

The hotel was ok, perhaps average. The facility is nice and the room was relatively clean. My issues are: The person that checked us in (late arrival) was very curt, almost rude and challenging. She asked if we had reservations is a less than friendly tone. It did not get better as we continued. We had a 7 pound poodle (Seven Pounds!) with us (the hotel booking said that it was pet friendly) and again, the desk Clerk announced that there was a $150.00 Pet Fee that was not refundable. Almost as a challenge. As if, at this late hour we had an alternative. That's $21.43 a pound! My complaint is the manner that she announced the fee and that the fee was not mentioned when I selected a "Pet Friendly" hotel. Perhaps I missed it but if I did, it wasn't apparent to me. And I do not believe that $150.00 is "Pet Friendly"! I will be traveling to Austin several time during the next year and I will not stay at this hotel.
