Tried to watch tv at night and the tv kept freezing up and turning itself on and off. The shower gel was empty as well

The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly and informative. The hotel room was very large. Overall a decent choice and very well priced. However, the location in the back of a parking lot was not great. My window could not let in natural light because there were cars and people looking right in. My room smelled very bad, like sewage. it also was very loud, hard to sleep. Noise from lobby, adjacent room, hallway and room upstairs. The temperature control was not good. one thermastat broken the other made it too hot or cold. An iron was provided, but no ironing board. Asked for one, but they only had one with no cover, not usable. Coffee and breakfast seemed plentiful.

The person checking us in "Jesse" was really great. He was also very helpful in commendations we asked him for. The last person we dealt with needed to take a few lessons from Jesse in how to talk and deal with other people.

Came off a long travel day and snow was coming down. Josh made our check in so seamless. He was very helpful.

A double queen bedroom was booked, however once I arrived, we only had one bed. They could not change our room because they stated they were sold out. The Front Desk Clerk was very nice and had great customer service. The next day I called back and explained I left my Apple watch charger as well as my phone charger plugged into the lamp beside the bed. They explained that it was not found...really? I know good and well, if they cleaned that room, it was there.

We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming on check in. it was nice that the breakfast used real plates, cups and silverware instead of disposable everything. We were happy with our stay.

When I arrived there wasnt anyone at the front desk. The phone rang and was unanswered several times.
It appeared that the desk clerk was sleeping at one of the tables near the front desk.

The people in the next room had a dog that barked. I called the office and they talked about a noise policy starting at 10pm. There were enough open rooms in the hotel building. They put people right next to people for the convenience of the cleaning staff. When I talked to the front desk personnel,they should have agreed with just giving us a new room. We drove nearly seven hours just to be inconvenienced our first night. Also, hotel should invest in better quality pillows.

This property was more like a home away from home. It was clean and had a very nice design. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been. I travel a lot and this hotel was definitely a nice surprise. I only wish they had a hot pool and then I would have been in heaven :)

Place was nice for my family only complant the beding was not big enough for 2 people to share and all the pillows where flat and uncomfortable no matter how much you tried to fluff. The pool is not kid friendly. And you could hear others upstairs in the room above you walking around. However it was clean and space was big for my family of 5, the guy at counter when called and arrived was friendly and nice. The lady in the morning was a bit tiered and wasnt ready for her day as i had to go behind counter to wake her for help after waiting 10m

Room was not ready when arrived; waited until about 3:30. Loose outlet in room, one sink had no water pressure, shower had poor water pressure, one drape/blind opener was not working.

Front desk was very efficient and helpful in getting us way early check in so we could get our dog settled. Also gave helpful dining options in the area. Breakfast buffet had some really tasty options!
