Great property- location is central. It has all you need for family stay , near to many grocery stores ( within walking distance) many activities within walking distance in old town . Easy check in and check out

Galaxy Apartments is a run in the mill spot to set up camp in Luzern. No AC, great location. Friendly staff, beds are okay. I would stay again but also wouldn’t be afraid to look for better value

A great home base for touring Switzerland. Loved our stay!

Very nice and cozy apartment. Our family of 4 had a great time spending 2 nights in Lucern. Beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was especially impressive, nice design folding out to a almost queen sized bed. Had a very comfortable sleep in it while the rest of the family took the 2 beds in the bedroom. The apartment is a bit on the old side but that is probably the case with most apartment blocks in this old town. Bathroom was nice and clean, albeit a bit small but nothing to cause inconvenience. Overall I would give this a thumbs up!

Avoid this mouse trap and book any other hotal room for the same money value. This apartment lack all kind of basic services No Air conditioning Old/ dirty ikea furniture Dirty aprtment floor Dirty neighbours Dirty building entrance w/ urine smell. Rust kitchen cutleries. Mandatory charge of an extra deposit of 200 Franc.

3 huge garbage container in front of entrance door. Bad smell from the garbage and the carpet in front of the door smelled of urine. Apartment not clean. Kitchen faucet broken. Toilet seat broken. Shower door would not close. In the bedroom mold in the walls and mold around all the windows. Door handles loose. Also roaches in the leaving room. The handle to the blinds in the leaving room broken. A very bad and disappointing experience.

Small elevator for no luggage space. Rest was wonderful.

Instructions on how to get to the property from the train station was very helpful. Staff were flexible with meeting at the apartment. 3 supermarkets within 100 metres, and two restaurants. Plenty of good local public transport. Clean and comfortable apartment.

we had a basic studio apartment. very spacious well appointed room. we found not having an on site reception to be a pest. location good. 15 minute walk to the railway station. supermarkets very close by.

Easy to communicate in English, polite and comfortable in room.

Communication was great with the check-in staff and check-in was easy. The apartments have 2 public car parks within 2 minutes walk which was very convenient. The apartments were clean and had good facilities for cooking, free WiFi and apple TV. Location was fine with Lucerne old town a 10-15 min walk from the property. The biggest issue we had was that the lobby and stairwells were not very clean, bright or welcoming. Being a shared apartment block I'm guessing there is not a lot Galaxy can do to improve this, but it didn't make me feel safe. The beds were also very poor quality. We had to use cushions from the sofa as additional pillows and bedding was very thin. Décor wasn't as modern as pictured, with old painted woodchip wallpaper on most of the walls. Overall feeling was of the accommodation being basic and finished on the cheap.

Good location for exploring Lucerne. Apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful

The size was too small we were looking for a two room property and were promised the same with a balcony we got a small single bhk without any balcony and a kitchen in the doorway. Was the tiniest of possible rooms yes was clean host was nice but room was a disaster

Property was very spacious, clean and safe. My travelling partner and I were very happy with the staff and how they assisted us throughout our stay. The only minor inconvenience is that some of the bathroom could have been updated. The curtain to the shower needs to be longer, same with the window curtains and the mirror needs to be lower for shorter people. But other than that we have no complaints it was a great stay!

Poor condition and very old facilities.

Pros: - Apartment was exactly as it shows in the pictures. It's a good size Apartment for up to six people as it has two sofa beds and one double bed. - full size fridge with freezer - stove and dishwasher - pots and pans - oil, salt n peppers, dishwashing soap - big size of washroom with tub - elevator, big enough for 4 people or two people with luggage - phone service was very efficient especially the gentleman who works full time, he was very helpful and efficient. - 3 big grocery stores are steps away - train station is on 15 to 20 minutes walk - 5 minutes walk to bus - becareful when book a taxi, we paid 27 franc from train station to the apartment and 15 franc from apartment to train station because we had luggage. Cons: - No toaster, no microwave which makes difficult to warm a small thing or toast a slice of bread. - no new sponge and cleanng cloth - no shampoo and conditioner, only gel was available - no dust basket in a living room and bedroom, I had to climb up to the kitchen to use the dust bin. - bed was not comfortable - comforter and pillows were very small, moreover, very old and dated. - don't book designer apartment if you have bad knees because it has stairs and bathroom is on second floor besides kitchen. I knew it has stairs, buut I didn't know that bathroom was on second floor.

Clean apartment, easy communication with hostel.

The apartment was big where you can have people sleeping on two sofabeds in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom and living room is separated. Toilet was spacious and clean! Kitchen was just nice to have simple cooked dinner.

The property was not the greatest but was also not the best. Extremely small and nothing else to comment. It is fairly well located, no real restaurants close by. It was not the best for the money charged

Broken Kitchen faucet. Heat radiator was working on and off. Window handle in the bathroom was broken. No basic news channels available on 📺. Otherwise apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Also there was an elevator !

A somehow modest but working apartment in a residential building. Rather near old town and three groceries locating nearby. Check-in with one recipient and several occupants staying in two stairwells was somehow slow, but friendly. Early check-out time (10:00 a.m)

The bed and pull out coaches were extremely hard and and uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed was very thin, on a wooden frame. The pull coaches were extremely uncomfortable. We were there to sleep and nobody slept well. It is large and an easy walk to the old town area which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is pretty good, just a few bus stops from Lucerne Train Station. The building could be a little bit obscure. Check-in procedure could be improved to make it more seamless - we had to call the person and waited 10 minutes for him to come over and let us into the building.

Complete the check-in procedures quickly, the area is quiet and secure, and everything you need is available near the area of the apartment and can be reached on foot.

The check in was bit stressful

It was not easy to check in. We did not have wifi and could not see the message that was sent too late. The apartment is very close to the old city. But it was incredibly noisy, we could not sleep up to midnight.

The furniture is very low and loose, the bed they provided was kids bed, pillow was too small and the bed was making noise when we change the sides They also asked for 200 Francs deposited, which I did not see while I was booking

Excellent for its proximity to the Center however the location is secluded and hard to find. The hotel itself is not a hotel, more like a managed BnB style flat. General appearance is over hyped in the pictures in reality the flat is much smaller. It was advertised as two bedroom apartment however there was one bedroom with double bed and a living room with a kitchen built in. There were two sofas that opened up to make two more beds. These so called beds were in poor structural condition and questionable hygiene. Once the beds were opened up, the space was physically restricted to a point you had to climb over the beds to get to the toilet across the living room. The toilet was in great condition and cleaned to perfection. Ventilation in the flat was poor and it got hot and humid inside as it was a rather hot day. No air conditioning only a small fan in the living room. The hallway leading to the flat was dark, scary and smelt. Balcony was decent with good facilities to sit and relax. Not a great view outside though but not the flat owner’s fault as the view was obscured by the trees. The gentleman managing our stay was very nice. He met us outside the flat on arrival and showed us around. Brought us spare fans as it was too hot inside the flat. Gave us useful tips to explore the city. Overall I wish I had paid a bit more and got a better flat as it was a rather uncomfortable stay particularly as it was our first night in Switzerland after a long journey.

The apartment is very clean and large enough for our group (2 adults 2 teens). The location is very convenient. short walk to train station and chapel bridge. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. The staffs are friendly and responsive. The cleaning staffs found airpods we forgot and returned to us after we came back a few days later. :-)
