We were there for a week and every person we dealt with so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and had a nice, subtle smell too! We would return for sure!

Pool had toooo much bleach in it

The room itself was great The in room coffee pot would not work. We left early and there was no one at the front desk when I came to return my room keys. (5:15 AM) So I just threw them on counter and departed. Check-in was great! Room spacious and comfortable. Do you not provide hair dryers in the room as well? Great location as well.

We had an AMAZING stay at Residence Inn. The workers are all super friendly and work hard to take care of the guests. Victor from the kitchen area was GREAT!! The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. The reception (dinners) M-W were delicious (salads, chicken tacos, BBQ pulled pork) and getting free drinks was nice as well! Breakfasts were great too! It was nice to have basketball, cornhole, and connect 4 out on the patio. The location is great and was no more than about 15 min from everywhere we visited - Malibu Jack's, Breakout Games escape rooms, Activate!, Louisville zoo, MEGA Caverns ziplines, downtown, The Big Four bridge (If you walk across the bridge into Indiana there is a cool restaurant/bar with Yardgames that was neat to go to!) Overall, this is a great hotel in a great location that I would highly recommend!

Breakfast closed too early for me to have a decent, relaxing meal.

Fine hotel. Fairly new. Location is excellent for an overnight. Right next to mall with plenty of shops and a few restaurant options. I marked it as “ok” as one of the beds (TBF it was a pull down sofa) was awful. One thin pillow too. Other reason was the pool was unexpectedly closed. As a family stopping for an overnight spot during a road trip, a pool is kinda essential. And, the hotel became very over priced without one. No way I’d pay that amount for no pool.

Room was not clean ( food crumbs) tattered sheets. My family was charged multiple times.

Their breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly one of the best breakfasts I've had staying in a hotel.

WONDERFUL staff at front desk & helping with meals. Was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had, especially with kids. Victor in the kitchen area always greeted us with a smile & was so kind! My kids got sick while we were there & the property was very helpful.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. Every member of the staff we engaged with was very nice and very helpful.

We booked a two bed room with pull out bed for a family of 5. They over booked and gave us a room with one bed and couch.

Place was clean and staff was friendly. Only issue we had was the bunch of kids running around and making a lot of noise but that’s a fault of the hotel

the stay was great, service and everyone was really nice and helpful. they have a great breakfast selection nice pool and gathering area. the suite we got was a little small however it was still nice, the only complaint i have is that the bed was very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. it is close to hwy and mall and restaurants.

Brittany (front desk/check in) is absolutely wonderful. She was cheerful, inviting and friendly. The room was clean and everything I needed was there. I will visit again based on my experience

Convenient location

The stay was easy on the pocket , and it looks like something that should be so expensive that it’s hard to afford . The area outside was beautiful, the design of the building was beautiful , the layout, the interior design was also beautiful. I loved how the rooms felt like a studio apartment with a kitchen that was stocked, a couch that turned into a bed, the desk and television . I love that the tv could turn , and the bedroom and huge bathroom and walk in shower . The room was so large and the bed was so comfortable that I had a hard time wanting to get out of it! I could have spent my entire stay in the room. I loved how the key code entries were easy and I also loved how it was required to use in the elevators , that provided a level of safety for us that made us feel better. The location of the hotel is also in a great spot where the parking lot feels safe , easy to access and doesn’t require a far walk. The pool room Was very nice , and I liked how we had to request a time to swim. That made only our family in the pool room at that time and so it felt like we had rented it all out and made us feel special. We done something that we had never done anywhere else before and utilized the exercise room. We are not a family who exercises in a gym, but we were so captivated by this place and also this area. I have a husband and two daughters. We are in our early thirties . We spent a great amount of time in there. This is the only place we will ever stay from now on.

Great stay for four of us. Nice spot, solid breakfast, great beds and living space area.

The facility was trendy but our room itself wasn’t very clean there was still dishes in the dishwasher and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was crumbs on the couch and the floor.

Very nice place to stay - restaurants close.

Hotel and staff were both very nice. Pool was a little on the dirty side, and rather chilly, but still useable.

This hotel was fantastic from the front desk to breakfast (on real plates), to check out. Even the laundry was way better than many hotels. The only negatives were the power was out for most of the night on our first night there and it got a little warm in the room and the office chair in the room was a little worn. With everything else in the room looking fresh and new the office chair just didn’t fit.
