Just a one night stopover on our way elsewhere. Really, a mediocre place to stay.

The place was exceptionally clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful, again they kept the breakfast area shocked and clean. Just a great place to stay on your way to your destination.

The Hotel it self is very nice in a good place, but noone told us thst the Elevators were down the hold time, and found out they been down for awhile. Also the hotel needs to inform people they don't clean rooms unless you notify them in the morning you wish for the room to be cleaned. Very Disappointing.

The service was excellent from check in to check out. Breakfast was also excellent, much better than most hotels that include breakfast. The staff person manning the breakfast area was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel lobby, hallways and breakfast area. Room was small with a bathroom in need of an upgrade.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood. About 30 minutes from Savanah. Room was clean. Standard free breakfast. Showers had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash which is convenient. We didn't use indoor pool or gym.

All was well with our stay with the exception of the indoor pool temperature which was too cold to swim in. This was a large factor in our decision as we have a 7 year old to entertain however we found ourselves back in our room. We tried testing the water multiple times during our 2 night stay but it did not improve. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

By far, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The hotel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super customer focused and friendly. Major shout out to Brenda. Thanks for breakfast Brenda!!!

Our stay was comfortable, room was clean, bed better than average. The morning breakfast was way above average from other places we have stayed. Place was easy to find. The only thing that detracted from our stay was that our room was streetside to a very busy highway, super noisy as the property is right on the highway. IF I were to stay there again, I would request a room on the other side of the property.

The hotel room is clean, and the air conditioner works well. The bed is comfortable. Check-in was easy despite the staff seeming distracted.
The only con is the area. There was a ton of smoke outside, most likely from a nearby brush fire. Food delivery is unimpressive.
I do recommend the hotel. It is a nice place to stay.

Everything was great about the property except on a Friday night the Entire Internet was down. The satff got it going apparently it was a Provider issue not the hotels issue.

Terrific hotel. Very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced in my business travels. Highly recommend this hotel.

Omg !!! All the staff was very friendly , especially the lady at breakfast ( she is a bills fan ) she was amazing !!! Place is clean , gym is great and clean ! Breakfast was amazing ! Very happy with our stay

Clean, not pet friendly( allergic to dogs and cats). Facility was nice. Carpets, walks, shower were not shabby ir worn. No shower molds. Breakfast from 6:30-9 AM? Why not 10AM for those ilof us not on a business schedule.

Not the property’s fault but there was something burning outside and the hallways and room smelled like something other than a firepit…otherwise we are quite happy with this hotel.

This was our second Fairfield Inn stop on our trip to FL. This inn was newer than the one in Emporia. Our check-in staff explained all the amenities (pool hours, breakfast hours, fitness room availability) as she checked us in. The room smelled fresh when we entered. All the perks were there…fridge, microwave, hair dryer. It was quiet & comfortable. Only odd thing was the shower curtain hung higher than the tub. We had to use a bath towel on rim of tub to catch water that wanted to soak bathroom floor. Also, the shower head was as high as the curtain rod. Interesting for getting soap out of your hair. Otherwise, stay lived up to our expectations.
