To begin with, the Harbor itself is absolutely charming and stunningly beautiful !! My wife and I chose this location because it was off the beaten path, but still in a great location to explore the whole area. The Inn and its rooms are charming and well kept, and the Lookout Living Room was a great gathering place for friends and guests to hang out and relax...
Now... We will talk about the Food... The Harbor and the Inn alone are reason to stay here, but the Dinning Experience at the East Wind was...Extraordinary !!
Until our recent stay at the East Wind, my most favorite meal ever...was a Lobster Carbonara on 7th Ave. in Manhattan...Then I had two dinners in a row surpass that here in the Dinning Room of the East Wind!
We experienced something rare and very special during our stay at the East Wind... Thanx to all the staff, you guys are amazing !!

The Inn is picturesque and the staff were absolutely lovely. We enjoyed evenings by the campfire, and the breakfasts were really good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The views were straight off a postcard. We hope to be back.

We had a lovely time at the East Wind Inn. Our room was in the adjacent building and offered some harbor views. The building had a downstairs common area with coffee station and refrigerator, a TV area with comfy furniture, and alive sitting area with views. We had dinner at the Inn and I enjoyed the most delicious Lobster Fricassee, best lobster dish I've ever had! Our breakfast was served quickly and was delicious. Our bed was very comfy. Alas we could only stay one night but would definitely stay there again!

This is a charming inn with bright, clean rooms and great food, right next to a working lobster wharf. The area of Maine is "real" -- not touristy -- and full of beautiful and striking scenery. We came to kayak, which is the best part of Tenants harbor.
The dining "bistro" is excellent, but after that you have to go to Rockport or Rockland (20-30 mins. away).

Perfect stay on the coast of Maine. Great chef and staff helped when I left some clothes in a closet and they mailed then quickly.

Bed was great , floors and rugs and deck need updated and bathroom vents cleaned in bathroom fam .staff was great food was good and peaceful place for sure .

Gorgeous views and lots of chairs around to kick back and enjoy the picturesque harbor! Fantastic breakfast and dog friendly so we sat on the deck with our pup. Lovely!!

The property is very old and need updates . Beautiful beautiful view . I booked one night 300u$ plus and I asked double bed and they said I have to pay 100u$ for upgrade. Old room, captain building , noise all night and we can hear people next door. Terrible experience and to much money for the room . Breakfast was ok, except the fries . To dry and I guess they using air fry . Coffee at front office , but no paper cups to have coffee. Very interesting…the place needs a lot updates . Dirty restrooms , old bath tub and carpet in bedrooms . Why ? To
Much money for a night . So beautiful view , but to much waste money to stay there . We wish stay at regular hotel with more amenities and better well kept .

Great little inn with nice views of the marina. Very relaxing atmosphere and the rooms were perfect for our family one night stay. Breakfast the following morning was my highlight of the stay. Would recommend to others and stay again!

BEAUTIFUL Harbor and area! Service was great. Breakfast was tremendous. Great location whether you want to visit Portalnd, Acadia or really anywhere in the state.
Only downside was AC was not working in the room so it did get a bit warm. Small refridgerator would also have been helpful. Nevertheless, we would love to come back!

We were happy to have had this room on short notice. It was very old, but this is the character of the inn. This was alright with us, but would have not wanted to stay more than 1 night.
The owner had been very nice and left the key at the front desk for our late arrival.
Breakfast was very good.

Nothing against the hotel but rooms 1&2 are close to the pier which lobsterman begin using around 4:30am and can be loud enough to wake you up.

This inn is old but in excellent shape. It's located on a beautiful bay where you can view the moon rise
Breakfast was included with the room price. The only disappointment was that they advertise lobster benedict, but they were out of lobster. We opted for the Maine blueberry pancakes and they were excellent.

What a sweet spot. We started out Maine trip here and what a way to start. Amazing location. Fabulous staff. Wish we’d have stayed longer. We heard the place has been sold. I can only hope the new owners retain the personal touches that made our stay outstanding.

Charming Inn right at Tenants Harbor - beautiful location, a quaint New England weekend and close to Rockland/Camden/Thomaston area. Breakfast included and very satisfying. Room was clean but no a/c, however this is not a 'super-luxury' setting, and that's not what we were looking for. Staffing was tight but that's to be expected in this 'recovering from the pandemic' world of travel. The staff I did encounter were friendly and helpful! All around, we loved our stay and would go back in a second!!!

Cute old inn right off the harbor with great views. Great breakfast included and all the staff were great. The room was great for us even with the twin beds, our friends did stay in a room in the other building which was a little more outdated.

This is a lovely and quaint New England inn right on the water. Historic and peaceful by nature and close to some great dining spots. If you are looking for something off the beaten trail this could be for you.
