When I made my reservation I added notes to let them know we were getting in late. I also called and informed the front desk so my room would not be cancelled for no show. I explained we were traveling and it was going to be very late when we arrived. I was told that was not a problem. I arrived to find the doors locked no one at the desk and no one would answer the phone. I called customer service they tried contacting the property and no one answered. I was told there was nothing else they could do. So after driving 5 hours, and spending an hour trying to check in I had to find another hotel and pay for another night somewhere else. I called the front desk a few hours later to explain what happened and never once even got an apology. I was told they would cancel my reservation, but that I would have to contact Hotels.com to see I if I get my money back or not. Terrible customer service. This is unacceptable!!!

No was at the front desk when I arrived on 12/30 around 10ish I would say. I waited 20 minutes to check in. Once the young man walked inside from his car. It was extremely rude to me. Didn’t speak nor apologize for his actions. I would definitely replace him from the front desk. He called me out of my name and etc. Because I questioned him about no one being at the front desk for check in.

Always smells great! Was clean and great location. Only complaint was a child running up and down the halls screaming at 8am Sunday.

The room was clean and spacious. I could hear the neighbors when the closed and opened there door. Our first night the people who were staying upstairs we’re making a lot of noise.

The toilet seat does not stay up when using it. The shower door doesn't close all the way when taking a shower.

The property was great and the rooms were clean. There was minor mold stain in the cracks outside the shower connection but nothing overly noticeable.

Everything was good except the breakfast. They served waffles, that you made yourself and omelettes and egg sandwiches that were gross.

All was very nice with room until the next morning when wife went to shower and the handle was not functional so no showers before checkout. Told person at check out and no discount was offered or suggested. Besides that it’s a nice hotel.

I was in town for a conference and had reserved a 1 king bed suite months in advance. At the time of my arrival, I was told those rooms were no longer available and was placed in a 2 queen bed suite with the option to inquire about available king bed suites the next day. Ended up not being able to do that but my stay was quite comfortable and the room was very clean with daily touchup and full clean on the weekend by housekeeping. Only issue was the phone in the room did not work and I didn't realize it until the final day of my stay when I needed to call the front desk. The hotel was able to accommodate a late check in and a late check out for me and overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The front desk clerks, Maria, Raven, and the young lady i spoke to on Sunday were polite, considerate, informative and helpful! I appreciate them giving great customer service!
On my last night, something did not agree with my skin on the sheets. I couldn't sleep because i was itching. If i stay again, I would prefer no one messes with the bedding during my stay. Just take soiled towels, replace with clean ones and restock the room. Also water proof flooring with slip proof added shold be standard in all bathrooms

Breakfast was absolutely horrid. Let me repeat. Don’t bother to grab breakfast, it’s horrible. Continentally stripped to a few apples and some fruit loops. Buy breakfast items before you arrive and microwave in your room. Trust me. Horrible!

Brand hotel that nice and quite and in a great location centrally located to everything in the area. This hotel is 10-15 minutes from DFW airport and 30min to downtown Dallas or Fort Worth!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very nice and the room was very clean. However, the pool was in poor condition and the area around the property has not been maintained well.

The staff that checked us in on Friday the 4th, was beyond helpful. She provided us with any and all info about the hotel and amenities. The room accommodations were perfect! Everything was great, except, we were never (and we stayed 2 nights) had room service come change/make bedding/towels kitchen aid etc…. And the staff the next day (Saturday) specifically the morning, there were 2 kids a girl and a boy (the boy we later saw working the breakfast) were hanging out at the front desk not helpful at all. They were not “familiar “ with the area!?!? Because they “didn’t live there near the hotel” What!?!? “You are a hotel employee who is suppose to offer additional info about the surrounding area to tourists/guests…” and were really confused when asked any other questions pertaining to hotel etc… other than that it was great!!! We loved it! If maybe more informative front desk clerks were there round the clock, this might become our regularly bi-monthly hotel.
