The hotel is Beautiful situation in the quiet spot area. The room is big but the bed is too soft and the blanket is thin, also the pillows uncomfortable and smells very bad that made it doesn’t feel comfortable.

Hotel was great, except for the parking fee that they even increased to $27.00 per night.

The Hotel itself was pretty nice. The breakfast/coffee was ok too. The thing that ruined the entire stay for us was someone tried to steal our car at 6am in the morning. If it wasn't for that I would probably give the Hotel a 4 star overall.
The main reason for my rating isn't just the break in itself. When I approached the management about this issue the response I got was "signs are posted in the parking lot that you park here at your own risk." When I tried to ask for help with the matter or some sort of compensation for paying to park in an unprotected lot I got "signs are posted in the parking lot that you park at your own risk."
I get that it's not the hotels fault. What we were looking for was some kind of help from the hotel. There was no sympathy. Like it's just a common thing that they have been desensitized to and I'm the one who has to get over it!
My question is if everyone is paying for parking in your lot, shouldn't they have money to pay for a 24 hour security gaurd service? Knowing this is a problem!?
Maybe it's just me. I'll never stay at this hotel again or south San Francisco. We usually stay in Oakland and have never had an issue.

Missing TV remote. Had to let the front desk know so I don’t get charged for a missing remote. Did not offer a new remote. Request last checkout a day prior which was granted. Day of checkout our keys no longer worked after eating breakfast. Staff would not recode keys. Instead front desk kept calling housekeepers to let us back into our room each time as we brought our belongings to our car and back to the room to get more items. Very inconvenient.

The rm was nice & clean but no one explained you needed the extra key to access power in the rm. I felt like everything in the bathroom was installed backwards but we were able to figure things out. The breakfast was horrible! Not enough options to choose from but the eating area was very neat & clean! This hotel has it's ups & downs and needs a little improvement. Good enough for a 1 night stay!!

We were there to move our daughter to her new place in SF. This was a 15-minute drive into the city, had Tesla chargers super close, and was extremely clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, and the morning breakfast was pretty good.

It was all good just a little far from the piers

First, I booked this room at the last minute. I decided that I would pay at the hotel. When I arrived, they told me they canceled the reservation because my card was declined. There was no reason why it should have been declined but I suspect AMEX used a temporary, one-off number. Not sure why they would try to charge my card before I arrived since I told them I would pay when I arrived. They also tried to call me but I was still flying to the SF when they called. They managed to rebook me and give me a room, but the room smelled like cigarettes covered up by some overly flowery deodorizer. Between the cigarettes and deodorizer, my nose was burning and my eyes were watering. I finally adjusted to it and was able to get some rest.

I love location of the hotel. Staff pretty friendly. Parking not so great, all four nights we return for the night, parking were full. Breakfast was decent and free. We put in request for light service to get fresh towels and trash taken out, other second day when we return from our day out, it was incomplete so we have call front desk to get fresh towels. Room are spacious but not closet but a open self for hanging out clothes. Other then that, everything is decent for the price. I will return because wi love the location and conveniently located near the SFO.

I really liked we had a sink, plates, glasses and silverware to use. This is very helpful for families with children because they are always hungry; I was able to serve them a glass of milk or share a meal from the restaurant.

1 week stay for a family of 4 during NYE celebrations. Conveniently located close to the airport. Fair parking fee and available charging stations. Warm breakfast included. The room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen but no stove. It is 25 mins from downtown SF and 30 mins from San Jose. Several dining options near by as well as shopping. Finally the staff is friendly. Will be our go to hotel when we'll be in town.

When I checked in I was charged for the room again. I told the staff it was already paid for by Hotels.com. She was rude and said I should have told her that. She said I have to wait 5-6 days for a refund. And I have to do another 100 dollar deposit. I did the deposit and asked how I get a refund. She said she would have to speak to her manager, I told her I can wait for the manager. She walked away for ten minutes and then returned to say the manager wouldn’t come out and I would get a refund in a week. She was so rude and dismissive. I will never stay there again.

I liked that the property had a fitness room. I didn't like the quality of breakfast food, stained lamp fixtures in my room, game room used as storage, and parking fees.

i love how clean this hotel is, very neat as well. i just wish i had got more than one big fluffy pillow. the bed was also really soft and comfortable, by far one of the best beds i’ve laid on in a hotel. i will definitely be staying here again!
