I absolutely love my stage. It’s a Holiday Inn in Elko very clean very well managed. The employees were very respectable. Very willing to serve. I would get it give it a 10 out of 10 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time what sold it was the service of the employees as a matter fact I tipped the maybe they were that good

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast wasnt bad for a hotel breakfast. The only negative was the bathroom floor. My daughter has mobility issues so we got a wheelchair accessible room. She can use smart crutches for short periods of times. The shower is a mobility shower so tou can roll in. When you shower water ends up all over the bathroom floor even if you put down a towel. Because of the type of flooring it becomes very slippery. Had to go help my daughter because she almost fell. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars

So the front desk people here are amazing. All of them. I am originally from here and we come visit often and I always love it here. I’ve stayed everywhere there is to stay in Elko and this one is the best. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. I feel safe parking here. Breakfast is served here but I always sleep in so I miss it. Also they’re always really nice about late check out, as we usually don’t actually get to the hotel until 2am. Anyway I just want to say I love this place. Thank you for keeping it clean and safe

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this location and the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable. Clean, quiet environment. Highly recommend.

It was very comfortable. The laundry for guests was out of service and the ice machine on my floor was out too. The hallways were need of vacuuming quite badly and the breakfast was quite typical with no organic options. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff was super friendly as well. Next time I’m in Elko in need of a hotel room I’ll surely stay again.

Very comfortable and clean. My room was missing a hair dryer and the lady at the desk brought one up immediately. I believe her name was Ariel and she was very friendly and sweet. She has a wonderful personality. They picked the right person to greet and check you in.

Our hotel room had no hot water, very low water pressure for cold water and the curtains were damaged allowing light into the room.
We were not able to shower and were told there wasn’t anything the staff could do.

Everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were very nice, new and clean as well as well laid out. The breakfast offerings were large and kept supplied and the area tidied. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The area around the property was noisy. But what does one expect in 21st Century USA. Gearheads and bikers like to screw it up for everyone. The woman at the front desk was awesome. Helpful and welcoming. Nice place.
