No tv or internet! The breakfast was slim to none and half of the machines were empty or didn’t work! Very rude! I’ve never been to hotel that was so rude! I want my money back!

The window in our room would not even lock

It was just OK. The place could use an update.l It's neat and clean but everything is just OK. The breakfast was pretty pathetic. Couldn't find butter. The muffins were one bite little. It was hard to discern what kind of muffin it was. The orange juice tasted yucky. You get the minimum which is ok if you don't want to spend much money.

Biggest bang for your buck very well worth it manager is very quite but very very helpful!

Terrible. Walls are thin, website unclear about extra charges for second dog, room next to ice machine and exit so doors kept slamming and ice machine kept going off, very bright lights right outside window and poorly fitting window shades. I did not sleep one min.

We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect for our budget. Very clean and comfortable. Service was good and the man at the desk was very nice.

There’s a cleaning person but for 2 days I saw the same dirty linen outside someone’s room, we found dead bugs around the room, the mat Inside the tub was coming up from the tub floor and you would find nasty rubbery pieces in the water. The tv kept going out so most of the time we didn’t have a tv that worked. Their laundry room was filled to the ceiling w what looked like dirty laundry

My brother was treated very shabbily by the manager (owner). My brother was checking in and a couple came up to check in. He decided to help them first before finishing up with my brother. Also, he wasn’t told about the breakfast included and arrived not much after it closed. This man needs a course in customer service. If you are willing to be treated poorly, be my guest. I, for one, will never give this man another nickel.

Sink, toilet and main light were broken. Room was rather dirty as well. People lied and they were rude. No surprise why the parking lot was empty.

Staff very helpful with adjusting (shortening length of stay) my reservation when I realized location was a long way from my meetings. The location is a bit off the beaten track, quite a drive to find restaurants.

Maintenance could be better, breakfast was good. Quiet location.

Didn't like unsafety of main entrance. Property needs to be upgraded. Room and bathroom was kind of small. However, both were clean.

Place was clean and quiet . Coffee was water. Room had poor lighting.

Stay was very nice. People are very friendly.

Dirty and bugs everywhere

This small motel/hotel was quick, clean and easy for a one night stay. The bed was clean and comfy. The bathrooms e clean, the shower was big enough for a big guy like me. Handicap accessible for those in need. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I would stay again and I would tell other to stay if they need to crash for a short time.

When we got back to the room late, the bed was not done. Also the bathtub not too clean. The fan in the bathroom very noisy, sounds like a tractor. The stairs wall going to second floor needs to be painted.

i have pictures as soon as i walked in ...The toilet paper holder was hanging on the wall by 1 screw..there was flies knats and mosquitoes in the room the darkening curtain was scratched up and fell off the wall i had to reattach it..there was mold under the sink the one light did not work there was no do notdisturb sign ...the clock didnt work ..half the internet didn't work the one wall plug was off the wall ..and the tub drain wasn't working and was very stained ...and a large spider behind the toilet..the front doors were mis matched and hard to open with the baggage cart i called to get my reciept they said i had to call expedia because i didn't pay them at all so its not thier issue and they were busy then i went to talk to them and there was already a couple angry abour there room ...not to mention we couldn't sleep under the covers because there was blavk fuzzies and sand under the sheets and they kept spraying outside the rooms with something i have no clue...plus the baggage carts didnt fit in the rooms so i had to have the baby in the car seat while my daughter tried to help me with the bags outside the room with the door slamming closed ....i was so mentally drained after that whole experience i had to make a therapist appointment my nerves were shot i drove 2 hours there with a 6 month old with my daughter for a wedding paid over 169 for the room and i literally was exhausted from cleaning it and just couldn't deal withmore with having the 6 month old teething

We stayed for one night to attend a graduation. The room was clean and updated. The common area was worn and lobby area smelled dirty. Once inside the room, everything was good. Definitely not a good impression when you enter the property. Area was in an industrial neighborhood. Not somewhere for an after dinner stroll. All in all, the location was 5 minutes from the University. Good for a short stay.

The staff was excellent! It’s very clean and a great value! Breakfast was great with lots of options!

they do not make beds. Change towels everyday. No elevator. Hard on this 75 ear old.

Room door did not lock. Window blinds did not close. Breakfast choices were minimal.

A bit dates in places and a bit dusty on the stairwell to the second floor. Otherwise, the room and dining area were good and the front desk staff was nice.
