Check-in was relatively simple, but when we got in the elevator there was a sign that says second floor temporary closed for renovations...and yet we were booked on the 2nd floor. The hallway just beyond us had visible studs and missing walls. Ok, we understand you have to work around guests, but maybe don't post the floor is closed and then assign people a room there? The 2nd room key we had didn't work. Again, not major, but... Despite saying full kitchen, there are NO plates, utensils, glasses, pans to cook, etc. Apparently, "No. We've never provided those things. People bring their own." SERIOUSLY? Who goes to a hotel and travels with their own pots and pans? Their own silverware? She seemed to think this was common. I've NEVER stayed anywhere with a kitchen, full or limited, that didn't have utensils, plates and glassware. Then, despite there being very few people staying there (we saw no one else and there were few cars in the lot), they put people in the room next door (an adjoining room if you wanted to open the doors between)--people who weren't exactly quiet and who smoked a now-legal substance (in a non-smoking room!) to which I am allergic. We did call down and I think someone asked them to quit, but really...if the place is mostly empty, don't put people who are not together in adjoining rooms. It's unnecessary and really just not thoughtful.

Unsure how the published rating was secured. The property lacks a gym. Never been in a hotel without a gym ever. It is less than basic for amenities. The room is small. It is clean, yes.It does have a HUGE fridge and a stovetop, YES. But they are pretty much useless as amenities.The hotel's bucks are misplaced. Useless amenities in the room for a few overnight stays, but nothing else- pretty much substandard. I vowed to NEVER stay in this property ever again.

All our needs met . Laundry facility was a bonus ! Thank You for your service and hospitality.

Beware- booked accidentally for the wrong night and the manager refused to refund me even though I contacted them right away through Expedia. Manager said it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia said it was the manager. Regardless the lack of flexibility to help their customer was terrible. Additionally the rooms have a kitchen in them with no cutlery, plates, bowls etc. you are supposed to buy them in the lobby! This is a weird one! We barely slept with sweaty sheets and super loud fans and slamming doors and fridge making ice. Save your money and book next door where there is free breakfast and a manager that understands customer service.

An economical option over the Thanksgiving holiday with easy access to freeways and major roads. The property was very clean and served our purposes.

Nice place

This hotel is not for me. There was zero counter/vanity space anywhere in the bathroom. There was a kitchen area stocked with nothing, no plates, cups, bowls, pans, silverware, nothing. There was only a 2 drawer cabinet for clothes with a television resting on top with no room to put anything else on top. There’s a book in the back with some hangers, and a shelf to rest a few small bags on top. Other than that your luggage sits out in the room area always visible. There is no complimentary breakfast m, not even a banana or a cookie. The independently owned hotel booked us for 2 rooms, 5 night stay, 2 queens, which was originally only one queen however upon modifying the number of beds, I was given a new confirmation number and therefore two rooms got booked . And the “independently owned hotel (chain) charged us a one night stay penalty for the other booking being cancelled. So yeah, look for something that offers a lot more.

Very spacious, with a full kitchen in the room. Hotel has a homey feel. Great snack selections and room service.

The full kitchen was an unexpected surprise. Although we only stayed one night, I could see the space being very comfortable for an extended stay. "Full kitchen" means stovetop, refrigerator, microwave but no cookware or eating utensils. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but our room was clean and comfortable. Don't expect modern and upgraded fixtures but for the price, it was well worth it and we would definitely stay again.

It is very clean. The kitchenette is very nice. but a person would need to bring their own cookware, knives and forks, etc. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Very clean, polite people. Well stocked “store” in lobby. Had kitchenette but zero supplies, so unless you have silverware and dishes, there’s no use for it. No ice machines. Comfortable bed, nice bathrooms. Overall I would stay again, just be aware lacking some amenities.

We chose this property for being pet friendly, near our son and having a kitchen. Bring paper plates, an array of plastic ware a frying pan, spatula and sharp knife. Beds are comfy.

This place is amazing! Easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Super clean and comfortable. Kitchenette and full size fridge! Check in was quick and easy and friendly staff. Pet friendly. For a "1 star" this place easily blows away the other chain hotels you're staying at.

AC was broken in the room, and the room was extremely hot. the staff didn't know about the issue and it looks like they didn't inspect the rooms.
