We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean throughout the Hotel. Our rooms were cleaned daily towels replaced…. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful. Weekend part of stay was very expensive- we decided to arrive earlier and spend more nights making the overall rate per night more reasonable. It may be because US holiday weekend. I think all the rates in town were high for that weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

The room and breakfast were great! Our only issue was the pool was highly chlorinated to the point it made the people sitting on the pool deck’s eyes water. The pool was scheduled for maintenance the next day, so this issue may have already been resolved.

We stayed there when my son moved into his apartment at University of Waterloo. It was reasonably priced compared to some other options in the area and it was impeccable. We also had a full breakfast in the morning included in our rate (real eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.).

The pool was difficult to swim in due to the high levels of chlorine or bromine. It made my kids cough

You could hear absolutely everything in the room (washroom toilets flushing/plumbing, people running down the halls and loud banging when they were cleaning above us). Front desk employees could also be a little friendlier.

It was an alright stay. Small rooms to sleep six. The pull out makes you want to sleep on the floor and the cost for animals is a crazy amount and they make less mess than the any other humans you might bring. Decent breakfast and the coffee is good.

Very nice place to stay! We stayed for almost 2 weeks here. Good free breakfast and the employees at the desk were always nice. It is pet friendly! The laundry machines are free to use which was a huge bonus. The pool has a bubbler in it which was super cool, and there is also a splash pad for younger kids. St. Jacobs farmers market is right across the street. I would stay here again!

The rooms are very clean, i had a good stay for two nights. However, the bath room does not have fan, and it is a bit moisteried.

The rooms are great, and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is a little lacking at times - several mornings there was no bacon or bananas left. The pool is awful, it was over chlorinated. Our kids lasted about 3 minutes in the pool area, one was vomiting because of the chlorine smell, and the others felt ill for a while afterwards.
