The sheets with dirty hair was on them balls a hair Yeah, became sick at the same day it was nasty never had anything bad to say About any other help me because I’m a diamond member and I’ve never had forgotten that. It was nasty. It is here.

Excellent stay. Extremely clean and comfortable

Your breakfast is rather sad. For anyone staying more than one night it is boringly "the same old thing". Othherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Had all the amenities needed, very comfortable, and a pretty good breakfast.

Difficult to sleep because of noisy refrigerator.

This hotel was okay. And I say okay because the price did not match the amenities. The breakfast was not of the quality I’d expect at this price point. I’ve stayed at other hotels less pricey with far superior breakfast. The only reason we stayed here was because we wanted to be at the same hotel as the wedding guests for a wedding.

Staff great to me management sucks…Checked into room after long international flight and it was not clean. The toilet was not flushed. The trash cans were not empty and contain feminine products. The trash cans have not been emptied and there was what looked to be bodily fluid on the beds. When I went to the front desk, they said they were no other rooms and the lady said all the cleaning people were gone so she would personally clean them, she was a very wonderful person. She went upstairs and took one look and said I cannot clean this room. It is unsanitary and filthy after sitting in the lobby for around an hour, waiting for a cleaning person to come. After three hours the room had been cleaned and it was given to me. The hotel manager said I could not get a free night because I booked through Expedia and I should not have done so so he would give me points unfortunately the points never showed up. Also, the manager never actually spoke to me he sent the front desk people out to talk to me. I asked to speak to them directly and they said he would not but Mike call me. I left my number for him to call and never did. Just checked my Hilton honors gold account and there is no extra points in there. Left a message for the manager, but have not heard the managers name is.Hamet Sy. The other unusual thing was, I stayed two nights, and when I get back from business meetings, room had not been cleaned the second night was told they only clean rooms every third day

The property and room were very nice. The first night was great. The second night stunk. A group was gathered at the firepit,we let the noise level be until 1:30 am then called the desk to complain. We were told one more complaint and they would address the issue. (So more than us had complained, but nothing done?). At 2:30 am called again, and asked if the police would be called to get them quiet, at this point the desk said they would turn everything off outside to break them up. (Luckily our 2 year old did not wake up).

We had a great stay! There was a huge spread for breakfast and the pool was open very early. Seemed to be in a safe area with a nice trail near by.

Great room and great location for visiting family. Hotel was quiet with comfortable beds.

It was great that you opened the Breakfast Buffet at 6:00 on Saturday since many of us had to be at the courts by 7:30, but we had 7:30 matches again on Sunday morning and weren't able to get breakfast because it didn't open until 7:00.

Awesome Hotel. Very spacious rooms ( 2 queens) Very modern up-to-date hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Loved the digital keycard and the easy check-in/check -out from my phone. Night front desk staff, Eirrn was amazing. So patient and kind.

It was a really nice stay

Pet Friendly and rooms are spacious.

Well overall our stay was ok. We stayed for 5 days. There was a terrible odor in our room that, after some investigation, seemed to come from the carpet. After 2 days of it, we asked for housekeeping to come in and clean. They never came. So, I had to go to the front desk and ask for all new towels and garbage bags and toilet paper. We were left with mounds of dirty towels at the end of our stay. We also had to remove the garbage multiple times. Everyone we encountered was very nice but I couldn’t seem to get anything done. We opted to leave a night early even though we would still be charged.

I asked for a room on the upper floor away from the elevator. I got a room on the second floor next to the elevator. Someone is not paying attention to personal requests.

Hotel was quiet, comfortable, clean.

It was close to get to my family while visiting for the weekend.
