It was the worst bed I have ever slept on except maybe a hostel in I stayed at in Mexico City. My wife and I had to sleep with our heads at the foot of bed. Bed was hard, had a dip and was slanted toward headboard so you felt like you were in a hole.

Great stay at the Cardozo. Clean, updated, trendy rooms in a classic Art Deco hotel on Ocean Drive. Desk and Service staff were excellent. Food at both restaurants (Estefan Kitchen Express and Call Me Cuban) was excellent and priced similarly to others on South Beach. Location is perfect. Only complaint is the valet parking. It's kind of a pain.

It was very loud in our room from others inside and outside the hotel.

NOISY! Whether it's outside music, the people going down the hallway or in the neighboring room, or upstairs, the noise is crazy loud. Pretty basic accommodations, but clean. Ok for a one night stay when passing through.

Great staff, got upgraded to a fabulous room.

The hotel itself was amazing. The location & the restaurants & beach its self was amazing. What I didn’t like was the bed sheets has stains on them & the mattress had blood on it from a previous guest. It was uncomfortable to stay in the bed especially with stains on the sheets & housekeeping coming by here & there to clean. I unfortunately will not be staying at the Cardozo again.

Location is great. Front desk was very helpful and nice at checking. Room was clean. We gad diner at the restaurant and it was so expensive for what we ordered. We neede to leave at 7:30am for our flight and it was ni breakfast until 9m Also , we got a $49 resort fees to use the beach ect. It was not disclose on the booking via Hotel.com. Not too happy about that!

Fantastic location near the beach, plenty food choices. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional. The garage was a little noisy but that’s not the hotels fault, overall service excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 days, and reported daily that our TV was not working. Nothing was done. The phone in the room was disconnected. There is only one small lift for guests and staff which leads to lengthy delays. Staff at the front desk were difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms and dining were amazing! Staff were amazing also. Only issue was parking garage that didn’t feel the safest with the individuals hanging out outside of it.

Decent but not my favorite. Windows dont open facing ocean and palm trees blocked view of ocean if on 2nd floor. You need to be on 3rd floor, for better view. Hotel has potential just wasn't as clean as it could be in the common area. Floors were sticky when stepping on them with a funky smell. Needs to be aired out. Bartenders at bar never acknowledge me while standing there to order so i just walked away. Breakfast food was served warm and tasted good but coffee tasted weak and not hot. It's the little details that matter. In my opinion staff needs to be managed better.

The hotel is in a great location for walking in South Beach. Very clean, friendly staff. You don't need a car but if you drive to the hotel there is a parking garage within a 3 minute walk.

Front desk lady was literally the rudest customer service person I’ve ever met and the entire system was down so we didn’t even get a room key. Elevator smelled disgusting and no convenient parking. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. We will never be back. Better places to stay in south beach.

It is close to the beach and excellent location all over.

Clean , nice and cozy. Requesting a late check out was a bit difficult. Stayed on Christmas eve and Christmas day. Night shift said i had to aak morning shift if late checkout for 1 more hour was up to morning shift. A bit confusing for a guest. Over all great hotel Luis was very kind and helpful. Provided excellent guest services.

This is one of the best hotel and the front desk person Alexander is awesome. Overall great experience for family with kids. I highly recommend this place as it’s convenient to beach, parking and restaurants as well.

The staff are friendly enough and the hotel is well located, on ocean drive, so in the centre of all the hustle and bustle of the historic centre of Miami Beach. My complaint with the hotel relate to the mediocre breakfast served, and minimal in room housekeeping offered. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and is served in the restaurant which overlooks ocean drive, and I presume it has been outsourced to an independent operator. The staff are nice and friendly, but the menu offered is so basic it beggars belief. I took the scrambled eggs and bacon, which comes with either a cup of drip coffee OR a glass of apple juice. I doubt there was more that ONE scrambled egg, along with 3 pieces of crispy streaky bacon and a small spoon of fried potatoes. Anything else has to be paid for as an extra. Housekeeping was as minimalistic as the breakfast, the bed was made, and a bath mat was changed - but that was it! I spilt coffee on the top sheet on the first morning, and while it was super obvious, the sheet was unchanged for the whole visit, the trash bin was not emptied, the towels were not changed and nothing was cleaned in the bathroom (glass shelves / shower doors etc). There was sand on the bedroom floor, which I felt every-time I got out of bed. It’s a shame they are not focused on the details because serving a better breakfast might cost them a few dollars, and the housekeeping could be improved so easily!
