Nice place. Simple and clean and convenient location

The price was good and free parking is a definite plus.

Modest but clean and safe

Nice place to stay if you’re in the south Bay Area. It is directly across street from Manhattan Beach mall. Lots of places to eat and shop within a walking distance. Located minutes away from LAX. Very convenient parking.

The room was just average, building looks run down. It's in a convenient but area but on loud a busy street. The check in office was a mess.

Super clean, convenient location. There is no such thing as “quiet” in Manhattan Beach - it’s a busy area even late night

Rooms have been remodeled and are nice. Location is unbeatable and the staff were more than friendly. Great coffee in the morning too!

The price was good, the area and the hotel neat and clean with easy parking and friendly staff. We also appreciated the microwave and small refrigerator. It's also handy that it's across the from a mall and it's an easy drive to the beach. All in all the place was great.

Hotel was great for the night, good location for our needs. Very friendly front office lady.

Its an old place in need of some more remodeling. You see they have done some. The room was spacious. Thd bed comfortable. Its just tired looking on the outside. $200 is a lot to pay. Even in Los Angeles.

The motel is located right off a super busy road - Sepulveda Blvd. The traffic passing by at night was super loud. I had a tough time falling asleep. The rooms are very sound insulated. It was a rough night.

Apparently, all the guy that checked me in was interested in was to sell me the more expensive room despite telling him my budget. Pathetic experience!

The place is really simple but clean. The bathroom and towels could be a little better. The biggest thing for me was how thin the walls are and I could hear the neighbor watching TV 2 AM and every time a person would go to the bathroom in another bathroom I would wake up.

Both the room and the staff were very good, but the walls were thin and the voice of the person in the next room was noisy.

Property was run down. Room was filthy - bed sheets were dirty, floor was so dirty it turned my socks black, baseboards covered with old dirt, light switch and outlet cover tops covered with old dirt. No room cleaning for 3 days - never collected trash, changed towels, etc. I guess this should not be a surprise since the room had obviously not been well cleaned for weeks. I have no idea how they keep out of trouble with health department or whoever checks these things (doesn't someone?) Service desk did not answer ring when I was trying to check out at 6am even though it says 24 hours. I should have realized when walked up and saw the front desk and managers area were dirty and filled with junk that the room would be poor. Instead I checked in - I would have left but the sign at check-in loudly proclaims "no refunds". Save yourself from going to this dump. Spend 15 dollars more and get a clean room with good towels, coffee and room cleaning with any of the major chains that charge slightly more!

Good price nice distance from the beach traffic is loud but everything else is what you can expect from a basic motel

It was a nice room for a weekend get away.

The staff were lovely and the room was large and clean, also very close for shopping and dining

It was chill, very hospitable staff and had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The room was great, definitely a deal for the price and couldn’t ask for a better location- right down the street from the beach. Would definitely book again!

Rate was good, but the Room was dark. Overall feel of the room was dreary and bleak.
