We loved this hotel! Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, walking distance to many attractions. Higher recommended. We stayed here while visiting our daughter who is studying at the University.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. The only thing letting it down was there was no outdoor space to relax on a late afternoon after a long day of walking around the city. A rooftop bar would be perfect. Restaurant was very good and we ate there twice but I would recommend you book as it’s very popular.

The hotel is really comfortable and the staff gives really good service. The location is perfect as well. The breakfast was amazing, so fresh! We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel in a great location, however bar staff and service were very poor. There didn’t seem to be any management and the waiters were mostly rude unfriendly and inattentive.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Broke my leg on our vacation. This hotel would have been perfect in any situation however it was specially perfect for our situation. Excellent location from which to sightsee. Hotel restaurant was lovely, delicious and popular with locals and we ate all our meals there. But perhaps the high point were the excellent concierges Toni’s y Jorge. Muchas gracias!

Amazing hotel in a great spot in the old city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Only thing that would make it perfect would be a lounge/seating area.

Hotel Helen Berger was a great little boutique property with a walkable location. It is a newer property, opened just before covid, and you can see that it is newly renovated, though maintains great historic charm. Very clean, good recommendations from the concierge, great drinks and breakfast in the bar/restaurant off the lobby. The staff is very dedicated and helpful.

Discreet and classy small boutique hotel, 5 mn walk to the main plaza. Quiet and exellent location. Clean, minimalist room with large, comfortable bed. Plush, luxurious linen with european size bath robes.
Good breafast with fresly cut fruits, eggs bacon, iberico ham served at the table. We had an exellent stay and would come back.

Helen Berger was one of the most enjoyable and quality hotels I have stayed in recently. The hotel restaurant was truly one of the best places in the Valencia region. Both price, service, and quality were very good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay.

Outstanding staff! The entire Team went the extract mile to make everything happen. From renting a bike to sightseeing tips. Tasty food and amazing room (slippers, bathrobe, coffee,tea, even a hair straightener)! The noises from the street are a little disturbing if you need it very quiet. But Valencia isn’t the place to go to bed at 10pm. For a boutique hotel it’s very charming and exclusive. Cosy and luxury combined.
