Very friendly and helpful staff.
The riad is only 10-15 minutes walk from the Rabat Centre Ville train station. Most of the major sightseeing attractions are at close walking distance as well. I do recommend to save the accomodation in Google Maps, as you can easily get lost in the small streets of the Medina. The riad is closely to one of the gates of the Medina.
Rooms don't have their own bathroom, which is not a bad thing, but can be a bit of a shock for some travellers, if not aware in advance.
The riad didn't have a sign next/above the door (yet) to identify it, which made it a bit difficult for me to find the first night I arrived. However, after a quick call to the accommodation, I was warmly welcomed in (and knew which door to enter from thereonend).

We stayed in this Riad for 2 nights. The first one we arrived quite late in the night, around 10pm, and they after a phone call we had a taxi picking us up in the airport; even the taxi driver walked with us to the very entrance of the Riad. The location is excellent, it's inside the Medina, but very easy to find, and close to the gates giving you access also to the Ville Nouvelle.
The staff was lovely too, they welcomed us in the night and had the breakfast ready in the morning always with a smile. The only down part of the place is the shared bathrooms. They are clean, but the disposition was sometimes a bit difficult to use.
That said, overall it was a pleasant stay!

This Riad is so cute! It is beautiful and the patterns and colors dance in your eyes. Three sisters run this place and they do a good job of keeping it clean. My only complaint is that the mattress I had was pretty hard. It was also hard to find, but one of the sisters came at met us.

ABSOLUTE SCANDAL OF RABAT!!
As a solo traveler in Morocco I had reserved a room at Riad Najiba. I arrived there around 10pm in the evening at a closed door. No one was answering! after half a hour someone(BADR)opened the door. Leaving me with no excuse alone with my bag and suitcase in that dark alley in the Medina. I told the host that I had a reservation via Expedia. He denied this! When I tried to explain him that I had already payed a room at his Riad he told me to wait alone in the lounge. After 15min no answer I found him above at the terrace With guests. Telling me he had phoned someone to check me in...after a while he told me to go to the supposed host waiting at another Riad.He took me to the other side of the Medina where I had meet SARAH or ZAHRA she told me she’ll bring me to another House because her Riad was full!(Never had an message for this)OMG I couldn’t believe it and she leaved me completely stressed.I had payed for a room in her Riad and now she takes me in the middle of the night to another house to lay my head down. A house which I have never seen and primarily haven’t payed or reservation for!!!when we arrived at the house(DAR BENNIS)I was completely shocked! Me in the middle of a SCAM!!The room that she offered me was a Hell:blood on the walls , smelled like urine, cigarettes and old sheets! When i refused this room she told me to go to the streets! Just imagine you were in my shoes: in the middle of the night in a dark alley on my 21st birthday:(
