will now write a review of this hotel and it will be very unfavorable. We left a handmade stuffed animal in our double adjoining room, called after we left but BEFORE CHECK OUT asking for someone to collect two stuffed animals that were 100 percent there because the cleaning had not been done yet. We called three times before writing this and getting the promise for a return call. Bottom line, broken hearted child and terrible service by a hotel simply refusing to open a room door.

This is our third or fourth stay here as we travel through the area to see family and we truly love it every time. The staff is helpful and professional, the cleanliness of the rooms - gym - pool - all around facility is wonderful and the breakfast is enjoyable for all of our family members.

The front desk was super nice, I had my young kids with me and they helped as much as possible. Rooms huge and clean:, definitely my go to in the future tense.

It was great to come back. We stayed here 2 years ago around the same time. We enjoyed the annual gingerbread houses created by the staff. Very excited that there was gluten-free muffins, bagels and bread for breakfast options. The muffins and bagels were amazing. It was great having options besides fruit and yogurt. The room was nice. We loved have 2 beds plus a sofa. Makes it nice so you can relax watching tv on the sofa. The staff was very sweet and always had a smile.

We have used home 2 in glen mills a number of times . It has always been great. This time we had to cancel our reservation due to both my husband and I were very sick . It taught me never to book a non refundable room.

The staff was eother great or not...No in between. Facilities awesome. Breaksfast great especially for lobby food. Lobby comfortable to hang out in. Did not open fire even though weather appropriate. Lots located close.

Quick checkin by Andrew. Room spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable despite multiple dogs seen in lobby. I never heard them or the breakfast crowd even though our room was close.

I only stayed here 1 night but found the hotel clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and nice, I imagine the kitchenette would be very convenient if staying longer.

We travel down to PA to see family every year, and we’ve been disappointed with several other hotels. I’m glad though that this one was the winner. For dinner, we just hit up Wegmans and brought it back to our room since there was a full fridge and microwave. Even had dishes and a dishwasher which was nice. The continental breakfast was actually better than most other places too. We’ll see you next year!

Still waiting for our receipt that was promised by the not so pleasant nigh auditor when we checked out. Housekeeping did not give us toilet paper or bath soap, had to ask. Walls are paper thin and the air conditioner only goes on when it detects actual movement in the room so it never came on at night. Room was big and had all of the amenities needed. Beds were comfy, pillows were squishy. Breakfast was all frozen foods warmed up so we skipped it. This hotel should have been a 5 star but they take shortcuts

We had a great stay here recently. The room was great, breakfast was good with some limited options, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was the pool seemed a bit dirty during our stay.

We have been using 6 hotels during our trip and this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in this trip.
Unfortunately as soon as we got there, there were a serious thunderstorm resulting power cut for over 4 hours in the area including all the hotel rooms. My children were getting angry as the power cut extended since they could not eat in the darkness or watch tv. Despite the situation, the staff was trying his best to help us bringing torches and providing snacks.
And about the cleaness! I loved this hotel's amazing cleaness. Everything was quite new and well-organised. I would definitely visit this super awesome hotel next time.

Our room was spacious enough for me, my husband, 3 teenagers! The kitchen was a nice surprise. Check in and check out were both super fast. Breakfast was great! We will definitely stay there again next summer 😊

This place was awesome. We are in the process of moving and this was one of many places we are staying while relocating. The place was busy (in a good way) and never felt like it. The breakfasts were great, the facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was amazing. The place was quiet AND super pet-friendly. We saw several other dogs (besides our own) but never heard any. Kudos to this property for doing what they do so well.

Would absolutely stay again! Hotel is very modern. Front desk was quick and friendly. The room was extremely clean, lots of storage and shelving for your stuff. Room had a mini kitchen with dishes, decent size fridge with freezer, full size microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Large variety of breakfast options included with stay. Bed was very comfortable. Blackout blind was great. Hotel was relaxing and quiet.

We stayed two nights for a Lax tournament and our stay was awesome! Great area, plenty of restaurants, wegmans, movies. The hotel was immaculate and modern. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The entire experience was wonderful- the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the breakfast was perfect. I will definitely go back!

We were greeted at the front desk upon arrival. Our stay was very nice, clean/large rooms, quiet. The pool closed one day (for unknown reasons), and the breakfast was ok (our teens weren't a fan of the 'premade' breakfast items. Overall, we would certainly stay here again.

We were traveling for a lacrosse weekend tournament and had to bring our two pups with us. The hotel was super dog friendly, spacious, well stocked and very clean. Would absolutely return again!
