It was largely uneventful and the amenities provided were great to have and use. The location to restaurants was super helpful as well.

The room including the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff when checking in were super friendly and provided information such as location of elevator, times for continental breakfast, etc.

We really enjoyed this stay! The hotel was clean, accomodating & we had the perfect studio room which worked great with our 2 kids! We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is very clean, breakfast awesome, front desk personnel needs to be well trained. We checked in, wasn’t told I had to request for the room to be cleaned when I was going out, though she was aware I wasn’t in the room. I’m a Hilton Honors member and was charged $4.95 daily for internet, I find that ridiculous. Still expecting the $50 security deposit to be paid. Apart from these, I had a very relaxing weekend.

The property and room were very clean and welcoming. However, the mattress in the King Size bedroom was EXTREMELY stiff. I was actually sore after sleeping on it. Other than that the stay was perfectly fine.

We stayed here multiples times due to a family emergency, and this hotel was the BEST we’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast was great, the staff was so kind - we specifically dealt with Alondra. This has been the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! 10/10!

Visiting from Canada for an emotional trip and was very happy to have such a nice place to rest my head. The staff were all really nice and friendly. The place was very clean and bright. The highway was a little loud at night but thats to be expected that close to the highway. Breakfast was tasty. Over all I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a good stay. The tub spout needs replacing, but other than that our room was good. The staff was nice. The hotel upkeep was solid.

The staff at this facility was terrible. They were all young and got smart when ashe’d any questions. They didn’t want to stock the breakfast area, ran out of syrup, and the hot water for tea was often cold. There were several instances where the employees were not even in the kitchen area. They were in the hallway eating area on their phones and seemed annoyed to have to get the things we needed.
I was there for a youth Football tournament so there were several kids from our team and other teams staying there and they seemed annoyed and short tempered.
From my team alone, there were 5 rooms booked for one week at about $1,000 per stay. The least that this facility could have done was been hospitable.
We travel often for football tournaments and I will never book at Hampton Inn & Suites again.

We got a room on the ground floor. People park their cars right outside of our window. We can't scroll up the curtain at all. People can see us right in.
With shade on, it is like living in the dark.
Property is good, however, you can't stay on the ground floor.
There is a way to improve, you can tiny half of the bottom window, or use different kind of shade, separate to two parts.....

I had at giant bugs in my room. When I contacted the front desk, they told me that maintenance was not in for that day.
When I went down to the front desk, the lady told me that I was being rude and to shut up. Mostly because there were other customers in the dining area next to the front desk and she did not want them to be made aware of the issue that I was having.
I was left to exterminate and get rid of the bugs myself. I was told that I was being obnoxious because it wasn’t a big deal. However, when you are paying more than $100 a night for a room, it is more than an inconvenience to have to be bothered with bugs as large as your fingers, and that has Wings.

I will say everything about the hotel was fine until we left!! Then a mysterious $540.00 charge appeared on our credit card and when we called to follow up, they claimed it was for a crack in the screen of the TV, which we hadn't even turned on. We did not see a crack and know nothing about it. The agent at Hampton Inn in Duncanville Texas stated that she knew we had to have done it because if the cleaning staff had done it they would have admitted it. When I suggested that they might have done it she said they would tell us because they won't get in trouble for doing it. Unfortunately, your guests who pay for her salary and the cleaning staff wages will have to pay for it!! Scammers, I wonder who got the money???? I will NEVER stay in a Hampton Inn again and not only that everyone I ever speak to will hear about this flagrant RIP OFF!! Agent said that she can send us photos of the cracked screen but how would I know that was even the room we were in.

We found the hotel to be great but we were to check out by 11 am...but they knock on the door about 10:20...which we did tell the person that we were finishing & getting to ready to leave...but then by 10:50 they knocked again..we were getting our stuff to leave ..i felt they could of waited

Was not even greeted upon arrival as I guess she was too busy. Our check in not completed as Jackie’s said computers were running slow said we would finish later. We felt as if we were a brother to her. Never smiled asked questions or anything else. Just not a friendly front desk person.
