My stay was horrible. The customer service was horrible at the front desk. The young gentleman that works there during the day needs to learn customer service skills, and I paid a lot of money to stay .

Really enjoyed the space of the room, having a small kitchen and had a great breakfast. Biscuits and gravy was some of the best we have had at a hotel.

Room are very spacious. I had a hotel swim party for my daughter and it was enough seating for her and her friends. Staff very tentative to your needs

Nicer newer property, nice staff. They didn’t finish cleaning our room though, there were no towels and the dishwasher had all the clean dishes in it. Also we got hair on our socks so not vacuumed well 😣

Best experience I have had in a long time! Staff were very nice and the place was clean! Kids loved the pool and breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again

I would give five stars but the water pressure in the shower is really bad and house keeping didn't empty the dishwasher or clean the coffee maker. Other than that A .

Very clean, relatively quiet. Room layout was nice. Bed was 7.5/10 for comfort. Quick elevators which is always nice.

The overall experience was worth the price! The check - in went smoothly and the room was nice. The staff was also very friendly. The only “issues” were how loud the air conditioner was and the breakfast. (First World problems) The air conditioner was laughably loud, seriously it made us laugh. My husband and I and three friends shared a room on our road trip back from Breckenridge. The A/C was so loud (atleast on the second floor) we all almost weren’t able to sleep. The second ‘issue’ was mostly an inconvenience. Breakfast is posted to be from 0630 to around 9 I believe. Since we are driving another 10 hours we decided to promptly get up at 6 am to get breakfast and leave immediately. The employee was leisurely putting out the food around 0645 which delayed us a bit. I wouldn’t say that is a major inconvenience or even problem, just be aware (or plan) for a slightly later breakfast if you’re on a tight schedule. Overall, I can’t really complain, it’s an affordable and reasonable price for a wonderful hotel. Definitely recommend.

The bed in the room was really worn and painful. This is our preferred hotel in this area and we always continue to stay loyal to it, however the bed wasn’t comfortable this visit at all.

The room was very quiet. It was easy to access the property from Metcalf & I435. Loved the large size coffee packets!
Our only complaint was the breakfast. I was hoping there would be sausage, ham or bacon in addition to eggs.

I have say this place was amazing! Coming in the staff was welcoming, informative in what breakfast and happy hour (where you get two alcoholic drinks) hours. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There’s a swimming pool (indoor) gym and laundry room. I highly recommend this hotel and I do plan to make reservations again.

Everything was great other than the mattress of the pull out couch. I’m sure most mattress look the same when not made with bedding. Great breakfast and nice price.

Very nice property. Exceptionally clean, and very nice rooms. All staff were friendly and professional.
It’s a bit difficult to navigate the entrance and exits, but I’d definitely recommend.
