We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was so close to everything downtown!

Modern looking and clean rooms. No drawers for your clothes, just hangers. Walk in shower did not have doors, just a curtain so water will leak onto bathroom floor a bit. Breakfast had hot food. 24 hr coffee in front lobby, no coffee in rooms. Would stay again for short stays.

We have stayed here a number of times bc we have family living downtown and this is close to their loft.
The place is ok but we really would like some coffee and a microwave in the room. The room is pretty small too.
This is the third time we had to ask for basic supplies because ours were not replenished before our check in. (toilet paper and hand soap). Not sure why this isn't automatically done by the maid staff??
The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is great and free. Clean and shower is nice. Great downtown location.
Overall its an OK place and cheaper than the other place right downtown.

Loved the cute little room and location downtown, but the bathroom had not been cleaned well, you could see the previous people had been sick in there

Check in was super easy, and everyone was friendly! It was in a great location, walking distance to plenty of things so we didn't feel the need to drive for food or attractions, especially since comicon was going on just a few blocks away. The hotel was very nice and clean, very minimalist vibes, not gaudy or cluttered. The shower was nice and roomy, although the door didn't seal very tight on it, so we had to put a towel on the floor outside of it to keep the water from dripping on the floor. The lobby was super cute and they had it decorated for Valentine's Day, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic! I don't usually eat much for breakfast, but the omelettes had me going back for seconds! I would definitely consider staying there again!

We were pleased with our stay. Only thing was there was no safe in the room and the bed felt a bit worn. Breakfast was included along with pool and workout room. Safe, quiet, and walkable location. Also a pool table and games in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Loved this property; our hockey team stayed here for a weekend of hockey games. The property was perfect and provided a lot of space and opportunity for the players to hang out.

Like the efficiency of the room, the large tv, the lobby, and the friendly staff. My mattress was just ok and I dislike the method of getting the handclap out of the container in the bathroom.

Great place. New, clean looking. Staff were friendly and helpful. But there was hair in the drain of the shower in room 209. Also in room 209, every time the blower for the furnace came on, there was a loud clack. Although I am a sound sleeper, it woke me up several times in the early morning hours. As a result, I did NOT get a good night's sleep.

I was in town for a sad and unexpected reason for three nights and the staff was kind, location was close to MSU campus, hotel was spotless and quiet. This will be my “go to” Springfield hotel from now on.

A little off the highway system but worth the extra miles to get away from highway noise.
My picky is and liked the bed and pillows. Bathroom was spacious and had a place for stuff.
Breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection. We liked the fun lobby setting. The pool is a salt water pool. We didn’t bring our suits this trip it would stay here again in a heartbeat

Trivia “truly” an amazing hotel. It’s an updated rendition of what you’d expect from a new hotel. Vibrant colors, Pool table in the large lobby with comfortable chairs and couches. Nice oool and workout room. The rooms themselves are small but comfortable. No wasted space. And they are much quieter than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Breakfast was amazing. All workers were super friendly.

Friendly and accommodating staff and lovely property. Our particular room… the bathroom door would not latch closed. The mattress was on a wooden platform where the corners stuck out, so maneuvering around them in the minimal space at the foot of the bed caused all of us to bang our knees/shins into the corners. Perhaps padding those corners would be helpful, or perhaps to replace with a frame and box spring. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable… also possibly helped with a frame and box spring and a better mattress.
