The staff was phenomenal. I normally stay at a Hilton or Marriott and they were booked when I needed to travel. This was my first stay at this hotel and the first stay at an IHG hotel in 10 years. I was blown away by how far they’ve come and will be returning. The front desk team should be commended.

My second visit to Staybridge Vero Beach, two nights stay. Like the roomy suite complete with separate bedroom and living area, plus full kitchenette. Hotel offers complimentary complete breakfast as well as 'social' happy hour with wine/beer and snacks. However we did have a brief power outage which also cancelled one of the happy hours. Price is competitive, with a good, altho busy, location along Vero Beach main drag/corridor, lots of restaurants, shops nearby.

Clean hotel but check in was cumbersome and took to long especially after I already paid in app. Front door was locked when I arrived so had to try to reach someone. This doesn’t create a good first impression.

Very nice location and with easy access! Staff were just wonderful and the room was more than I expected. Very clean and roomy and it had a stocked kitchen! Exactly what I needed!

Good for work

Super nice room complete with a kitchen. First time seeing that in a room that wasn't considered a "suite". You can tell that they have recently renovated most of the building, so everything is very neat and clean. A tad on the pricier side, but affordable. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with a lot of nice features,full kitchen with all you need to use it supplied ,big tv and fridge. Happy hour appetizers and free wine,beer and sodas was an unexpected pleasure.

This hotel had almost everything we could want. We needed a two bedroom suite, which you really can't find at any other hotel, but they had one here! And our room was very quite, we were not bothered by external noises. They had a wonderful free breakfast every morning, and a few days a week they offered a free happy hour/social meet with free beer and wine and free appetizers. The staff was super friendly, and incredibly helpful! There is also a nice pool which they maintain well and keep clean. In fact the whole hotel is very clean. We loved this place, and when we return to the Vero Beach area, this is where we will stay. I will say I was disappointed that there was not a safe in the room. Other hotel chain seem to always provide a small room safe, usually in a closet, for valuables to be locked up. There was not one here so I had to always carry around all my valuables in my purse when we left the room.Not that we felt the hotel was unsafe, on the contrary, we felt very safe, but you never know, and it just would have been nice to have the peace of mind knowing we could lock up valuables we were traveling with. Otherwise, this place was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

We stay in Hotels frequently. This by far is now a our favorite. Outstanding in every way. From the staff, to the room and beading, very clean and comfortable. Out side pool and sitting area very clean and enough room. The breakfast was very good and Amanda went out of her way to start at an earlier time to accommodate the softball group prior to their early games. 10 star and will return.

The only down fall was there was no pool. But we knew that when we booked except the date it was to open did not happen until 7 days after the original date.

The only thing the pool was closed , the suite amazing ! Very good service !

Two bedroom/two bath suite was amazing. Three TVs. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious. I just wish that they procided beach towels for guests.

Property was very clean and staff was kind. When I choose a hotel I want to feel like I’m at home where I’m comfortably sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and no other hotel. Breakfast was great! Can’t complain a single bit. I didn’t bring my dog but will bring him next time. And thank you for the treats Staybridge he loved them!

The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. We have stayed there twice for a week and our kids loved it. The breakfast buffet is great and the rooms are big.

Property was newer and amazingly clean and well maintained. Service was impeccable from the moment I approached front desk for check in.
