The hotel looks nothing like the photos. They guaranteed me free breakfast but when I made it, the restaurant was shutdown and inoperable. We requested a late checkout and they said ok. Then they began ringing our phone and hanging up multiple times. The guy from Morocco or somewhere alike valet guy and the shuttle lady Denise were so amazing!! They made our trip worth it. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Awesome stay

The place is beautiful and it was nice and peaceful. They only offer Breakfast, not a big selection. You have to DoorDash or go out to eat. I would come back but i have asked and called numerous times for my bill and they have not sent me my bill once. This is the only downfall I have with this place. Makes me a little suspicious on why i never received my bill after asking so many times. But other than that I would recommend the property to others. This is just a downfall.

Nice clean building. Friendly staff. Sketchy neighborhood. “Harbor view” is a narrow canal, no harbor.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! The only disappointment is that the on site restaurant is currently closed and there aren’t good takeout options nearby.

Beautiful location everything was so presentable and nice. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff and the service is amazing. Everybody is super sweet, respectful and helpful. Just beware that there is a $450 deposit even after you pay for your reservation and all of that stuff, so just keep that in mind parking can get pricey so if you don’t really need a car, I don’t suggest getting one. The pool area was very beautiful and relaxing. The pool is very small though not very big for a lot of people if you do stay here, I recommend the grande suite with the terrace. It was super gorgeous a vibe and absolutely loved it. They did a great job. Housekeeping servicing was amazing. They were on point came every morning. I came back to a clean room every single morning . I will say it is very noisy in regards to location constant beeping, heavy traffic, etc. overall Kimpton Palomar was a very nice stay highly recommend.

Excellent Hotel

Overall the hotel was great with a very friendly staff. Free coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. However, they really don't have a restaurant and it was closed most of the time. They need to get a chef driving restaurant so that their guest don't have to eat at other hotel restaurants.

The service was amazing!! The management and staff were friendly. I have no real complaints; however, the room was an odd shape and the patio outside my room could’ve been a bit cleaner. Overall the ambience was great and the decor was not overwhelming. Bonus points- They offer complementary wine in the lobby from 5 PM to 6 PM

The staff at the front desk was not very kind. The scent machine and air conditioning were turned up, the smell was way too strong and the AC way too cold. The shower had no door, so the water ended up on the floor, requiring two towels to avoid getting everything wet.

Needed a room last minute with an early checkin. Hotel was the only one in the area that actually picked up the phone to confirm they had availability. Upon arrival the valet gentleman opened the door for us, front desk checked us in quickly, and we were in our room. Front desk told us abt what the hotel offers and events for guests. He was very thorough. Really enjoyed the level of service. We left a few hours later and the valet guy instead of telling us where the closest grocery store was he went out of his way to walk us to the right exit. This hotel and service staff are top notch. Never ever again, the worst. The rooms are way smaller than advertised. If you assumed this was a tall skyscraper building it isn’t it’s very small in height. There are a tremendous amount of hidden fees also y’all be charged $150 per night “just in case” you use the very very petite bar in the room, when there should be a flate rate security deposit. The parking per night is overpriced. A big no go.

Kimpton Hotel Palomor is a hidden gem! My visit at the hotel was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. Marlon, the bellman, was very couteous and helpful. With his welcoming service, I instantly knew that I chosen the perfect location. Victor, at the front desk, could not have made the check- in process any better. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I really appreciated him informing me about the complimentary guest reception, that was perfect timing for my evening arrival. The hotel is chic, modern, and spotless. The rooftop pool and service, (with good weather )makes you want to drop your plans and lounge all day, but Denise, the superstar, with the complimentary shuttle, awaits to assist you with transportation to nearby locations and information about all of the best places to visit. My stay was absolutely perfect. Kimpton Hotel Palimor is definately the hotel for my future visit to Miami Beach.

We arrived early with just getting back from a cruise. Our room was not ready. They let us store our luggage however the pwrson at the desk did not tell us we could use ammenities or that there was a free shittle to the beach area

Hotel was clean.. but I just don’t understand .. how does a 4 star hotel not have a microwave, not only in the room but the lobby also..?? That makes zero sense to me.. no heat.. have a thermostat that lets you adjust the room temperature but they offer no heat.. that makes zero sense

Nice, cute property, could use some updated outdoor equipment up by pool. Parking is an additional fee per night but they have 24hr valet and it was always quick. Friendly staff and good communication.

Comfortable stay

Really nice hotel, had all the ammenities, spacious room. We also loved Denise and the shuttle service. It was super convenient and a great way to explore South Beach. Thanks again!
