This was one of the best places i have ever stayed in. It was a huge room. Everything was immaculate. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a great king size bed. There was plenty of plug in space and USB ports for our electronics. I would give this a 5 star rating.

Hubby and I spent 2 nights here in Oct 2023 as we were beginning our brief road trip in Southern Utah. Our 2 queen bedroom was clean and spacious. Good layout. Very nice bathroom: well lit, large walk-in shower, updated. Our bed was comfy, firm but not too. Nightstands, lights, chairs, small fridge and microwave. Patio we didn't use but would be nice to hang out there. We borrowed some items from management that we needed to prepare a salad, etc. It does sit right on highway 89 so it is pretty noisy overall BUT the beds are in the back and we didn't notice the noise much in that area. We highly recommend staying here and checking out Water Canyon (hiking, canyoneering) when in this area, it's right behind the motel up the mountain! Gorgeous!

Really was surprised how South Zion was clean, comfortable and really well maintained. Elaine contacted me to make sure I was on my way and give me info on the surroundings. Slept well and we were well rested for the north rim

This property is amazing, the room was great and the bed was really comfortable which is a big deal. Great place for going to Zion but a little far for Bryce canyon. I would definitely stay here again

The suite was better than I expected, it was a good size, kitchen was very clean, bed was supper comfy. Husband is a light sleeper and street noice did not bother him. We arrived late and we where able to access our room with code. We would definitely recommend this place

Basic Hotel. Got a mountain view and it was a view of some storage buildings or something similar with mountains in the background. No hotel office onsite, you had to call someone for a code to get into your room. No big deal, but seemed lazy. Not many places to eat within a short distance.

Check in was made very easy for us since we had to arrive after the office closed. The room was so clean and modern. We absolutely loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious rooms, located between Zion and Grand Canyon. Easy check in and checkout, all handled through text messages. There is a convenient supermarket Bees only 3 min, away.

Perfect location for visiting both east and west Zion areas and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Well appointed rooms and super friendly and responsive staff.

The room was cozy and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Bring your own shower soap as soap provided was very small. Check in was smooth and friendly. It was about 30-40 minutes to Zion. Don't use GPS to get to Zion but follow the signs. We went to the wrong place. Not much going on in town, but a nice grocery store and a Mexican restaurant. I paid a little extra for a room with a view. It would have been great if not for the commercial buildings

Really nice place for the area. Very modern and clean. But not much in the area around it. Very limited food choices even when driving 15 miles away.

The layout of the suites are perfect for an extended stay. They have a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Plus there’s TWO bathrooms. The property is located on a busy road, so there is some road noise.

This is, hands down, the cleanest room I’ve ever slept in. I work in a hospitality and pay close attention to these things. The price is so good for this as well. It’s nice here!

Very clean and easy to get to

We had a nice and comfortable stay in the Jr. suite. It was much more spacious than expected. The living area was pretty big. There is a pullout couch if you have more travelers. The little kitchen area had a microwave, mini fridge and freezer, sink, coffee maker, snacks, bottled water, glasses and cups. The bathroom is nice with a big walk-in shower. The touch-mirror light was cool in the bathroom. Nice, big bedroom that had a sliding door that opened to your own private little porch. The highway was noisy but once you close the door, you can't hear it in the room. We loved it.

This place is amazing, The owner of The property was very very very kind to Us, and we had snacks and all other great things there - one of The best places is USA to stay At!

This trip was part of Zion Park visit with my family coming from California. My family and I didn't have a chance to stay in the hotel because of a mishap about checking in very late, so I can't say anything about how the hotel is from the inside, however it looks well groomed and clean from the outside. More importantly my experience with the owner was super professional and kind. He took time to text me and apologize for missing my call, and did not charge me for the night I booked, which was more than I ever expected. For this I will definitely book again here if I come again to Zion Park, and I am not even upset for missing the park visit. This great customer service made it up big time!

Very friendly staff, cute suite. Full kitchen! 2 bathrooms! Love it! Drawback is that is close to the highway and there was some minor road noise. Planning on coming back next year.

This is a nice, clean, spacious place about 1 hour from Zion national park. We liked staying here for the cleanliness and privacy. On the first night, we stayed in a double room with a view of the mountain and the second night, we stayed in a family suite. Both were nice. The owner provided some snacks and water. We didnt mind driving about 20miles to get to Hurricane and if we visit Zion again, we will consider staying here.

What a hidden gem! It was such a great stay. We got the junior suite with the mini fridge and microwave. Super comfy KING bed and gorgeous shower. Only suggestions I have would be to have more spare trash bags and toilet paper as we had a 3 night stay. Totally not the property’s fault though I’m sure they would’ve assisted if we’d asked. I’d read the reviews prior and knew about the barn style bathroom door and distance to Zion (~50 min). The accommodations made the trip worth it!
