Clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the walls were thin, the people next door were banging and talking late into the night and we were there for our son’s sporting event and need to get up early the next morning.

My husband and I stayed here overnight coming back from the casino. Wonderful overnight stay!! The facility is easy to find, fairly new with modern furnishings and EXTREMELY clean. The staff were super friendly and eager to help at check-in and at breakfast. The bed was so comfy that we didn’t want to get out of it the next morning. The breakfast area is a clean, open space and has an abundance of table seating. Breakfast was a variety of cold cereals, hot oats with toppings, yogurts, assorted fruits, waffles, eggs & sausage. Plenty of HOT coffee! We will be staying here again and recommending to our friends and family.

The Fairfield in New Albany IN was really clean and comfortable! A shout out to the staff at the front desk, and certainly the nice woman that handled the morning buffet with efficiency, thoroughness, and a smile on her face and a kind word!!

The hotel was superb! And, the staff was the best ever!! Anything needed was supplied right away. They were friendly and very professional.

It's the little things I found good. Large trash can in bathroom with no liner just thrown in and plastic cups for brushing teeth. Also double waste basket in sleeping area. High dollar hotels don't have that.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, nice people, good location, the only problem we had was my husband is in wheelchair and the bed was low to the ground and i have back problems and the bed was not firm because had no box springs under it. It was more of a platform bed. That is my only complaint, but when your handicap you sometimes have to go with the flow

Beautiful, brand new property in a great location for fast food and picking up essentials. Gorgeous view from the top of a hill in what appears to be the beginning of many new developments in the area. Quick and easy drive to downtown Louisville, and awesome staff at all hours.
