We were able to check in early and we asked for a room change from 1st floor for a better view of the ocean, they graciously moved us to 4th floor! We would definitely stay again.

Really nice cozy stay! The only negative was a big roach in our bathroom, but it’s the beach, so not a total surprise. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had what we needed, and it was ocean front!

Great spot, right on the beach, next to oceanic pier and restaurant! Really enjoyed the room. Plenty of space and full kitchen! Only downside was the noise

They moved us to a higher floor upon request so we would have a better view of the ocean. Very nice! I also liked it is located right next door to the oceanic, our favorite beach restaurant.

The location right by the sea is fantastic, just a few steps to get to the beach! It’s a good place to relax in peace. The apartment needed a bit more cleaning. The bathtub had a noticeable black line of dirt, and the broom had a big clump of hair stuck to it! The sheets and towels were perfect, and the kitchen had the essentials, although it could use some more cleaning on the furniture. The front desk was helpful and kind. Overall, not bad; we’ll come back.

I like the people that work there and how clean the hotel was. There's really nothing that I didn't like.

We love their Flexible check-in arrangement. We arrived around 12:30 pm, was told that our assigned room would be available by 4 which is our expected standard checkin time. The front desk called us around 1:00 asking us a different room was available now if we wanted. That worked really well for us, after 5 hours’ driving, we were dying for a good bathroom break and some refreshments. Being able to checkin 3 hours earlier, We felt that we got an extra whole beach day. We love this flexible checkin so much, that we already decided to come back next year with longer stay. We also kept the condo very clean to minimize the cleaning service, so that the next guest could enjoy extra few beach hours like us.

We stay here every summer. The staff are very friendly and treat you like visiting family. We always look forward to seeing the bunnies on the lawn. The only downside this year is that the elevator broke right before we arrived. However, the staff offered to help us with our luggage. It’s located right next to the Oceanic’s pier, so no need to take an umbrella when you can sit under the pier! Also, you feel safe because there’s a lifeguard stand right there. The rooms are clean, up-to-date, and spacious. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Every room is directly ocean-front. Can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommend! Would go back and stay again. The room was spacious and had everything you needed to make your stay truly worthwhile. Surf suites will be our summer getaway from now on!

Walk out to the beach!

This has been my go-to stay for the past 4 years! The location is perfect (especially for surfers, it's right in front of south end). The beach is quite, there are plenty of food and coffee spots, and few surf shops for your random clothing, sunscreen, surf needs. Walk right next door for the pier for drinks and a view!

We had such a great time at Surf Suites. Very nice and comfortable accommodations right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for more. Pool was great too. We will be back for sure!

Great location, customer service could have been much better

Mimi checked us in and she was polite, professional and informative. We loved that our room was a 1 bedroom suite and comfotable. We enjoyed our ceanfront view out of our sliding glass doors. Oceanic restaurant is next door, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, Chase, the bartender, excellent, as was our dinner there the next evening.

Simple, convenient access to beach and pier. Would definitely book again!
