We were just there for a quick Customer meeting so the location was perfect. Close to airport, some restaurants and downtown was easy to get to, if you needed to.

Nice new clean hotel, excellent breakfast, helpful staff.
Only suggestions are for them to get bathtub mats as was slippery and the blind did not block out much light... needs a curtain.

We were only here for 1 night prior to our flight to Mexico. Service was excellent, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was great. The hot tub was not available but we were offered to go the the hotel next door. Che k out was easy and we took the shuttle to the airport. Will use this hotel before our next trip for sure.

Very new and clean room and lobby. The mattress was a little soft for my liking. Very convenient with lots of parking spaces as I had a rental car. Will definitely go back on my next work trip.

I experienced a relaxing, comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn Kelowna Airport, and would not hesitate to book another room next time I’m in the area. Very pleasant home away from home.

Lots of construction. Shuttle service is unreliable.

Shuttle from airport was frequent. Pool was warm. Coffee always in the lobby. Only thing to be aware of is proximity of hotel to busy roads, so there is a perpetual faint background noise of vehicles passing by.

We needed the stay to get to the airport easily. It was nice and clean. The shuttle was very helpful. We had my husbands uncle with us, who is paralyzed on his left side so it would’ve been better if the shuttle was wheelchair accessible, but the driver was very helpful.

Despite the enjoyable room experience, my recent check-in proved difficult. Despite my clear verbal clarification, the agent struggled to locate my reservation, mistakenly searching under my middle name.
The key card creation process also proved challenging, with multiple attempts being made before I was able to get a key. In addition, following a brief trip to my car, I faced the frustration of discovering that my key card no longer functioned, diminishing what should have been a seamless check-in process.

The restaurant Isn't located at the hotel and although they will deliver, you have to go to the lobby to pick up the food delivered by the restaurant. When i called and ordered, the restaurant almost seemed to not know what to do and i nearly went elsewhere. In addition, the breakfast area is almost hidden away and it wasn't clear what the breakfast policy was.
That being said, the rest of the hotel was in great shape. I loved the room and the space felt inviting and relaxing. I also spoke to the front desk about the restaurant and feel like they may change that policy in the future and allow for delivery. That would be a big win!
I'll absolutely stay here again.

Room was very clean, breakfast was very good, with details like cream and honey, coffee available 24/7. Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. Pillows were a bit hard, but otherwise an excellent stay.

We understood that there was a restaurant in the Hampton Inn, however we had to walk to the Four Points Sheraton, which wouldn’t be great in inclement weather, however the restaurant was very nice with good food and Happy Hour prices. The Hampton Inn was very good, clean and well kept.

Stayed one night to catch a flight in the morning. So handy. Breakfast was great, great beds and very quiet. Always stay here if I have to fly.

We spent one night here, checking in at midnight after a long day flying. The desk clerk was very effecient and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The room was very clean and fresh! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Carpet and furniture needs an upgrade. Dated and dirty. The bathroom was really small as was the shower. Debris on the floor from the previous guest. Not clean

Hotel is clean, and the rooms are nice. Check-in experience was extremely slow. There was a hockey team staying there & the kids were running up at down the hallway at night. Limited parking unless you want to pay $50. Super close to the airport! Very convenient place to stay.

Wonderful big shower! Comfy beds with pillows the perfect thinness (not too thick, so no cricks in the neck). Very friendly & helpful staff. Everything spotless& new. Good free breakfast buffet. Convenient free shuttle to airport. Excellent & delicious food at the GulfStream restaurant next door (& via room service). Highly recomend the Korean beef gulgoi skewers & the crispy chilli sesame-ginger chicken on bed of coleslaw. Both are the best tasting dishes in all of Kelowna! Who knew you had to come to the airport restaurant to get the best menu in town? YUM! Great place to stay, but expensive.
