The breakfast was a disappointment. The staff didn’t fill up the food dishes when they were empty and both mornings they were out of food constantly.

I felt the doors (bathroom, entry, and closet) for each of the rooms was extremely loud while opening or closing them. I believe me using the door early in the morning may have disturbed others near my rooms.

Really nice hotel

Too expensive to stay. Thr Staff are nice and room is clean. If you don’t mind the noise like living near airport site in the midnight, it’s ok. The sofa bed doesn’t come with a proper blanket which is sucks. My son almost got a cold because of that. When i book the reservation, it doesn’t say breakfast included but when we checked out in the morning heading to KSC, we found people having complimentary breakfast.

It was a weekend stay hefore cruising out of Cape Canaveral. Service, hotel and area was great. Will stay again. Thank you

We were disappointed there was no microwave in the room. No microwave in the breakfast dining area on the first floor which we could use either! The breakfast was disappointing with cold potatoes, eggs, and pre-made waffles. There were clumps of potatoes on the floor for over 20 minutes and no employees picked up the food, despite the fact there was a guy behind the bar nearby who was standing there looking around doing nothing. The coffee in the room was poor, and there were insufficient creamers and sugars to dampen the poor taste. The only 2 powdered creamers we tried to use left the coffee very black. Liquid creamers in cups, instead of powder packages, could probably make the coffee palatable. There was only one tissue in the tissue dispenser in the bathroom when we arrived. It appeared that someone (possibly the cleaning staff) stuffed the one tissue in the dispenser and left it that way. Because we arrived late in the evening, we had to go down to the front desk the following morning and request a box of tissues. The grounds and the building themselves are attractive, but our experience left us disappointed.

Our original room had a maintenance issue before we arrived but we were given another, larger room instead. When we opened the door, it was obvious it had never been cleaned after the last guest even though it was around five p.m. We were then given a different room, much smaller, unsure if it was what I had originally reserved. The lobby was dusty and the breakfast so-so. Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff but for almost $300 for one night, I’d have expected a little more. I will go for a less expensive option next time because I really didn’t see the value.

This hotel was really convenient to Kennedy Space Center, so it was great for us. The room was comfy and the shower was great. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a little dull, but otherwise we had a nice time.

Everything was great. The breakfast could be better but everything else was awesome. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness is a 4.5. However, they do not offer daily room cleaning. Not a problem for me, but if I were traveling with family it would be a major red flag.

Staff was fantastic!! Our room was not ready at check in time but they switched our room to accommodate us. Only reason for 3 stars was cleanliness. Room really needed fresh paint and a deep clean.. it just looks like the minimum is done.

We arrived extremely late and we were greeted by the nicest young woman. She could not have been a better first impression for Hyatt. Hotel is conveniently located near-ish the Kennedy Space center. Unfortunately our weather was not the greatest - no fault of Hyatt. Breakfast was very “continental” basic items - would have liked some healthier options - possibly yogurt, granola, etc. Room layout was great! King bed with divider seating area - large screen TV.

Very close to both KSC and the Port. Perfect place to stay before or after a cruise if you also plan to visit KSC. Food is quite decent surprising and breakfasts are included. Or simply just order delivery from around town.

The breakfast was horrible, the food was burn and uncooked. There were not enough food, the coffee was extremely watery. The staff at tge breakfast station was very rude.

Staff courteous and helpful.

Hotel was safe, clean, comfortable. The front of the hotel faces the main road, railroad track, and airport. It was quite busy all nite long between trucks, trains, and planes. Ask for the “launch side” for a quiet evening, but expect to pay a few bucks more. Water pressure in shower wasn’t the greatest. Otherwise, comfy room, updated, nice size TV, fridge, sofa, and wifi. Can’t ask for much more. Very close to Kennedy Space Center 8 Miles to Walmart / Target 6 Miles to Publix. Would stay there again. Just on the “Launch” side :)

10 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Right off Rte 1 for restaurants and shopping.
