Wonder stay, wonderful Staff. Shout out to Damien. Very accommodating and knowledgeable

My stay was great! 4 days with my 5yr old daughter was absolutely peaceful. Keisha at the front desk greeted us with a smile. She was kind, cheerful and courteous. The hotel is what we needed, like small apt. Close to restaurants, highways and Wal-Mart walking distance. I will be returning, Everytime I visit Raleigh.

The cleaning staff does not do a good job of thoroughly cleaning each room. The laminate hardwood floors in my room were sticky and there was hair in the shower, and I had to lay towels on the couch because of the mystery stains. The common area is the most attractive thing about this hotel, but the coffee station wasn't replenished during my stay.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, rooms. Close to a Walmart, it is walkable, if you wanted to. Pleasant, courteous staff.

We were upgraded and had a 3 bedroom suite. I joked with my husband that we could each have our own bedroom. Area is convenient. Beds are comfortable. We took full advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby. Very nice for a quick stay.

When we arrived, the room I reserved was not available, they overbooked rooms in their system. I wanted a two bedroom with a balcony and I was given the very last room, a three bedroom without a balcony. After voicing my concern they refunded me 50 bucks for the inconvenience. Later that evening there was a bad onion odor coming from a closet within the room. Turns out the tank in the room was going bad and had to be flushed out. This led to the entire three bedroom space wreaking of odor. A few hours after it was fixed that evening the smell came back the next day so we were told to run the faucets for 20 minutes non stop and that fixed the problem. This was supposed to be a nice romantic carefree staycation and it was the exact opposite. Only compensated 50 bucks for all of these inconveniences was and is unacceptable.

We only stayed for two nights but this would have been a great place to stay for a much longer trip. Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a full kitchen was great.

Although staff was friendly and facilities clean, our room was disappointing. It was dirty, and our neighbors were loud. Only stayed a few hours as we had to catch a flight early in the morning.

First time staying and I will never come back. The staff was very nice and professional. The 2 bedroom suite I had was not clean. The bed linens was not clean at all. I just went and purchased my own bed linens. It was stains on the counter and end tables. Hair in the bathrooms and wet towels like someone used it and just hung it back up. Someone above us was stomping all night. We reported to the guy on night shift. He said he would take care of it. They stop then started back up this morning. I think this place need a new staff for housekeeping.

Staffs at front desk was very helpful and excellent. However the cleaning team left dishes out because of washer was out. Overall great experience. Will recommend.

My room was so dirty when I walked in. Food was left on the stove. The floor was disgusting. Hair was all over the floor. I walked down to the front desk to ask if housekeeping can come clean up but they said housekeeping was gone for the day, mind you that was 4pm. I asked for a broom so they gave me one and I cleaned the room myself. I even went to the store to get wipes and Lysol.

Excellent place to stay while in RTP for business.

Extremely roomy and very friendly staff. So pleased with my stay there.

They didn’t take out the garbage from the previous guest, we found a McDonald takeout bag in the garbage can of our room and chicken nugget crumbs on the dining table.

Staff was unprofessional... room wss unavailable until 6:30pm but i arrived at 2:30. Room was disgusting...hotel was under staffed. A nightmare.... and Orbitz was not resl help after contacting them numerous times

Clean!!!

I got a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. This is a very clean and comfortable place. The room (or I should say, the apartment since this has an apartment feel rather than a room feel) was very large and fully equipped for an extended stay, with full size fridge and kitchen. Having two separate bedrooms was good for my wife, who tends to wake up due to noise or lights I may be guilty of producing since I'm a late sleeper and she is an early one. Couples with this problem will enjoy this property. I have nothing negative to say about this property; everything worked perfectly. Ever since I stayed there, for subsequent trips I've been always looking to see if their 2-bedroom suites are available again but I haven't been lucky, they were sold out so I never returned, but this is definitely a place I'd gladly return to in the future if I find this accommodation available again. I rate it a 10 out of 10.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee machine in the lobby was a plus. Will definitely seek out Water Walk properties for future travel.

Room was not clean at all. Bathroom had hair in the tub and on the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was also no trash can in the room.
