It seemed like people were allowed to party in the lobby at very late hours of the evening I was woken up to seems like a lot of drunk people hanging out in the lobby for hours.

incidental charge takes three weeks to credit back! What is this fee for? There is no restaurant or bar on site.
A rip off in my opinion. Will be staying at Hilton’s in the future. And using the Hilton rewards much better than Hotel.com rewards.

My stay was an overnight only but the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. My only two issues where that there were no garbage bags in the cans in the rooms and when i checked in the front desk lady was very pleasant but did not give me any information as far as breakfast, check out or anything

The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly and accommodating with every ask. Def great place to stay and the free breakfast was a nice perk and offered during times for early and late risers. Highly recommend!

From check in to check out, we found the staff to be unhelpful, unprofessional and rude.
We were charged $100 as a “pet fee” for one dog, which is way above the average cost of traveling with a pet.
We booked a king suite and the room we were given had a running toilet in it and on the first flush, water gushed up and over the toilet bowl, flooding the floor and adjacent carpet. They had zero maintenance staff on-site and offered to move us to a regular room with two beds.
We asked if they would refund the difference of the room rates and they refused. This was all at the end of a long day of traveling, and they told us if we wanted a refund, we would have to check out and take it up with the manager the following day.
The property is in poor condition and the same garbage in the hallways remained our stay, showing a total lack of basic cleaning procedures.
We will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel room was extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent I would stay again for sure.

The hotel is pretty new, so everything is in nice condition. Our room and bathroom were very clean. The TV was a smart TV, so we were able to connect to and stream shows rather than having to use cable. The front desk women were both welcoming and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were woken up at 3 AM by a domestic violence situation happening directly over our heads. We called down to the front desk and were told " we are going to handle it". the situation continued until 4:45 AM.

Mid-high level shopping, restaurants, movies and other things to do are within minutes of the hotel. Room was clean, comfy, spacious and up to date in terms fixtures, etc. Staff was friendly and courteous at all times. Would stay again.

Our room was clean, large, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice. We were close to restaurants and stores. We really couldn’t ask for anything else.

The hotel was very nice with clean spacious room and convenient to the interstate. It would have been better if there had been more than one chair in the room. The hotel looks like it is new.

I didn’t know what to expect based on some of the reviews, but this place was awesome big room super clean everything seemed brand new microwave refrigerator two TVs …..So much to choose from for breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage waffles oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruits the list goes on and on 5 stars all the way

The area is great, staff were really friendly. The pricing was not transparent when booking through expedia, and I ended up paying more when I arrived than what was on my quote. The hotel was pretty clean, but the room needed dusting (there was hair on surfaces from previous guests), but the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The tV in my room wasnt working (maintenance hadnt properly set it up, and Id discovered it late), but it was a quick cable fix.

The awesome gal that checked me and the same person, I had the pleasure to check out with….was literally such a delightful personable individual! Too bad there aren’t more like her in the Customer Service Industry. I arrived early and asked if there was any chance to check in early…. She checked and there was! Above the call of duty… 😊😊😊

We loved our room so much that we stayed here twice, once on our trip to Maine and then returning to Florida. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Two large TVs and a sofa to relax on were appreciated after a long drive. Plus, the area was beautiful!
