Stay was so-so. Reception was preoccupied and visiting with friend. Did not volunteer info on breakfast etc. Room was nice and clean, but something in kitchen area was constantly creating a rapping noise that persisted all night. Needs to be fixed.

After reserving a suite with a sofa bed because I was traveling with my 4 year old girl who goes to sleep early and I wanted a separate sleep area so she could go to sleep on time & I could spend time with her older bros, my sons from a previous marriage; they did not have one available be cause they sold out. We made this reservation a full week prior & it was confirmed. My oldest son is an active duty U.S. Marine was deployed for over a year so it’s been over a year since I’ve last spent any time with him. So I had to make the choice to mess with my 4 yr old girls schedule or spend less time with my son. We cant mess up a 4 year olds schedule so I ended up missing out on a lot of time with my son because this hotel “confirmed” a room and then sold them out. I ended up in a double room with no separation so I got to lie in one bed with my daughter in the other bed across the room from me and I was able to text with my son. That was the first introduction to this hotel. DON’T trust your reservation, they do NOT care at all what you paid for and/or “Confirmed”!!!! Next the room isn’t in the greatest shape. It was fairly clean except the drywall broken near the bathtub and the toilet paper holders that constantly dropped the toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom because they are so loose they can’t hold a toilet paper roll.
I don’t have enough characters to express my issues! Im running out of ways to express my problems. And just getting started.

We had an excellent stay here. We checked in after 10:00 pm and they had upgraded us to a suite. It was a new hotel that was incredibly clean, safe, and had a fantastic breakfast. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

No complaints! The staff was amazing. Or room was clean and stocked. No problems getting extra towels either. Breakfast was delicious our entire stay. The hotel was quiet and clean. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a Walmart.

Overall the location works great. But the cleaning staff never came to our staff after being requested to clean our room on 3 different occasions. We at 2 different times didn’t even have clean towels. Very disappointed.

Came to check in about 3:30pm they said my room wasn’t ready which was ok but I come back 2 hours later it’s still not ready.The ladies were nice so I didn’t get upset. So I called the next morning to make sure they took some money off and Dae was rude as af Tamika and the other young lady was great and friendly.

Room was ok. Only complaint is the fact that the rooms feature kitchenettes yet don't have papertowels or detergent available in the kitchen area as they usually do.

Odd room with nothing in bathroom seeming to be level. Bathroom floor, toilet, toilet seat, towel hanger, and sink were all crooked/not level.

I really enjoyed the breakfast options. Something for pretty much everyone, even a family like mine that does not consume pork or beef. Plant based and chicken options were FANTASTIC.

It was a nice hotel! But on our first day weren’t friendly or helpful. We booked and paid for a room in advance and specifically booked a room with a tub/shower combo. We made it at check in time and the room still wasn’t ready. When we finally get the room it wasn’t what was paid for, so I had to go back down to the desk. The receptionist then informs me that I would have to wait a while to see if they have the room that I booked! 5 minutes later she comes and informs me she doesn’t. I agreed to keep the room despite what had been paid for. I then asked a housekeeper if we could get extra towels because we only had 2 sets and we had 4 people in our party. She then tells me no she will have to check with someone because it’s up to whomever to decide if they wanted to give us extra towels. It was 2 huge bags of trash left beside our room door that remained there for 24 hours despite housekeeping being on the floor working.
Overall the hotel was clean, but there is room for improvement. We did eventually get towels because I waited until later that evening and the front desk staff did provide us with towels without any hesitation.

Updated, clean, modern. Room could use more vanity space. Shower design gets water on bathroom floor. Otherwise, really nice with kitchenette.

I stayed 7 nights and my room was never cleaned. On the second night I asked for it to be cleaned and I was told that the hotel's policy was not to clean the rooms because of Covid. That's just an excuse not to provide a service. The bathroom design without a shower door looks cool, but resulted in water everywhere and wet towels piling up throughout the week, because I did not have room service. I ran out of clean towels and had to go get them. I ran out of toilet paper and had to go get more. The front patio had loud parties several nights until midnight. I was excited to stay at this hotel, because I know that it is new. It was disappointing.
