Great location and price

Staff were very helpful, studio room was spacious and clean and for the most part quiet, you could hear toilets above being flushed and the seats banged down as they were not soft closing (only thing to improve on)

Stunning apartment on fourth floor - exactly like the photos on the web site! Initially found it difficult to figure out location ( take a taxi to get there!) But once we got our bearings realised it’s in a very convenient spot. Fabulous view from roof terrace - but not easy to get up and down the steps if you have mobility problems. Staff were brilliant - hotel reception ( neighbouring property/hotel) were very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic.staff helped us plan a day visit to Soller which was a lovely experience; and we had some great vegan meals out in the city. Only downside was the building renovations/demolition right outside the front door and our balcony-thankfully no one was working the week we were there! Only downside

The hotel staff was amazing, very helpful, organised a rental car, helped us get around, very helpful. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful, I guess in summer it must great up there. I had a wonderfull stay at the suites. The location was perfect to explore Palma, the kitchen was well equipped, the staff nice and helpful and lastly the aesthetic was pleasing:-)

Overall, our stay was superb. The staff were incredibly helpful and prompt to respond to any inquiry. The property was exceptionally comfortable and spacious with thoughtful decor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and as discerning & frequent travelers, we will most recently return for a future stay.

Great location, apartment immaculate, had everything we needed. Sister property team extremely personable and helpful.

We re a bit worried on the first night that we’d made an error in booking 10 days here - though of course Sunday is rarely the best day to arrive in town, especially when baking hot in July. By the end of the stay we had no regrets and really enjoyed it. The bedroom was a bit tight and the king sized bed just about squeezed in to allow access all round. The kitchen has a hob, microwave and fridge. Note there is no oven or freezer compartment (the hotel was very happy to bring a nice bucket on request), though the fridge was set at just above freezing. The sofa is comfortable and the 50 inch TV an indulgence. The linens were luxurious, the the sheets seemed not quite so fine after they had been changed after the first week. The maid was excellent and the rooms were spotless (bar a large stain on the bedroom carpet). There were a couple of issues that were quickly sorted by the hotel’s service department. The roof terrace was fine, it’s small but little used. Fresh towels are laid out each day on the recliners. The lack of a pool seems a bit of an issue but we didn’t end up missing it too much, the beach is a pleasant 15 mins walk away. The main hotel (two doors down) provides excellent help for anything you need (if it is quiet they may allow you to use the pool there but we we were peak season so didn’t). The old town Palma is great. A baffling maze of streets with some much to see and experience.

Best hotel in Palma - surprisingly it was even much nicer then the photos! You will not be disappointed here. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful staff who go out of their way to help. Great location close to everything. Will definitely come back.

This was just perfect situated, extremely wellkept, and cosy and warm designed. The staff was so well manered and welcoming, in perfect english and understanding. I will definitely go back to this part of Palma, which is very lively, and stay at SamarItana Suites that felt very tranquillo and charming in the middle of Old Palma.
