I was surprised at how clean the room was. And it was quiet inside even though I knew people were coming and going. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the hall carpets.

When I first pulled up, I noticed that the lobby windows were dirty.
There was one clerk at the desk and she was helping other customers so I sat and waited. I finally got the check-in process done and received my room key, went to the room, opened the door with my key, the green light went on, pushed the door open and it was latched from the inside. In other words already occupied.
The only reason why I didn't leave immediately was because I prepaid for the room and I wasn't willing to flush 200 dollars down the toilet.
We went back to the front desk and got the key to the correct room. The clerk was not apologetic and said that she made a mistake writing the room number down. I asked her how I knew this wasn't going to happen with my assigned room. She said this never happens. It just did.
The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well.
The bathroom was mostly clean but there was grunge around the edge of the shower floor. Also some of the shower toiletries were empty.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was great, very welcoming and friendly. The only complaint I have is the room is very small and there isn’t a place for storage. There is no cabinets, drawers, closet, nothing. I had to store my bags under the nightstand. The room only had enough space to walk, that’s it. Because of the limited space and no storage, I won’t stay there again. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

Stay was good, room was clean and laid out well, like the hooks and hangers in the room for the cloths. I like the full size ironing board. I liked the coffee to go. Must have a water option that does not require you to pay for bottled water. Fast internet!

Jojo did a great job she was courteous and efficient when checking us in and out as well as the breakfast attendee. Will definitely recommend this property.

The water in the shower was cold. Had to run it for 10 to 15 minutes to warm up. Loud noises inside the room. Kept us up.

Check in was a breeze! Check in area was clean and very well lit. Room was clean and the TV was on and had a welcome message with my name. Beds were comfy and I loved the soft pillow! Wish I could buy one haha

Front desk was horrible. Our room smelt like sewer and instead of addressing issue she called us names. Rude customer service and I can’t rely on management only karma. What a joke.

It was fine. Small. Incredibly small, but I didn't need much more room. I had a hard time locating it by using the address and there is a LOT of construction around the area. But it was clean, quiet, and did the job. The staff was nice and the breakfast was basic. The gym was small. Nothing exciting, but nothing bad.

I have stayed twice in a week and a half, first time was great. Last night the fire alarm went off at 2am and was ringing for an hour because they lost the key and firefighters couldn’t open the main box to turn off the alarms. I had checked in at 11pm and was able to sleep 3 hours. Room wasn’t clean like the first time.

I typically stay at hotels about 200 days a year. I was looking forward to this stay, just booked a night because I didn’t know how long I’d be in town. 1:43AM the fire alarm goes off in the entire hotel. I get out of bed at 2 since it appears they were not quickly addressing the issue. 2:15am I make a video of about 30 oil workers in the lobby, I ask for a refund as if walk across the street to another hotel and sleep in peace. Jerry (night front dusk) unwilling to do that, I call Jay the GM at the number Jerry gives, loops back to the lobby phone. Advice for Jay, if you aren’t going to be around, teach your staff how to turn off the alarm. Full disclosure, I still expect a refund. Stayed in your hotel for 3:30 hrs before this. Alarm went off for 80 minutes.

My family and I had a great 2 day stay the staff was friendly and was so clean all arpund. The breakfast was amazing and easy choices. It felt like a safe environment.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The second night all the electric power got shut off. I am not sure what caused it to happen, but the entire hotel had no electricity for a few hours. The third night the electricity went out in my room only. I went down to the lobby and they were able to get it turned back on pretty quickly.

When I checked in there was no hello, welcome, nothing. My card was taken for incidentals and I was not told how much would be charged, anything about breakfast, check out. Nothing. Rude. I only give the rating I did because the girl in the morning was more pleasant.
There is parking and the hotel is nice but my room looked like someone has stayed in it or doesn’t know how to clean. Cute concept but once again IHG has let me down. I’m done with them, across several states and the same mediocre, at best, stay.
