Excellent location. Comfortable and clean hotel and very helpful staff.

Stayed for 6nights. The room was bigger as Japanese standard. Hotel stuffs were very helpful.
What would be lacking is an iron, bigger desk and drawers.
Overall it was a great stay. I would stay again.

Hotel in excellent location but room gloomy and very basic . No bedside tables and very little work top . Although seemed to have been renovated carpet and curtains let it down badly .
Bathroom small but seemed new and clean.

Many good restaurants nearby. And there are different railway station (JR, metro, private railway) in the area. So that you can easily go to sightseeing point. But Make sure you won’t get in the wrong railway. Shopping area is in walking distance

Very convenient location near the train station and lots of restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help with my parking and also made good food recommendations.

Rooms and carpet too dark. Was given a room in a very poor location with a window that shed no natural lights. Felt like a dark prison. No will not return.

The hotel is very well located next to an important shrine and only steps away from sun/metro stations. The hotel had its glory but still it’s a beautiful building, breakfast was ok.

If you need to work during the night with PC or alike, you need to ask the reception to bring a stand-light. This is quite inconvenient.

Great location with easy walking access to Kobe station. The hotel, was clean and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the small public bath available at the hotel.

Very kind front staff, a nice bath facility on Floor 2, convenient laundry, and (above all) an elegant coffee lounge in the lobby. The interior has class in every detail. Quite charming, conveniently located.

Very convenient and walkable from the two stations nearby, and off the main road so the property is very quiet. So many great food and drink options nearby, which made it very easy to find places to go in the evening. Rooms were clean with great quality amenities, and the hotel has an onsen and sauna for guests which was perfect to relax in. Check-in and check-out were easy, and staff were very friendly. Would stay here again when in Kobe. Thank you!

It is a simple hotel with European elements, it is better than the other standard business hotels in japan and the room was a bit more spacy. We loved the location and it was nice to find a delicious Chinese restaurant near by.

三宮駅や商店街から近く便利なロケーションです。ホテルの外観やロビー等は綺麗ですが、部屋自体のデザインはビジネスホテルと然程変わらないのが残念です。
