Musty smell and toilet overflowed.

The only issue I had with this property was use of the televisions. Both of them needed to have a user name and password entered. Although that sounds simple, I did not find it a simple task on these TV's.

I paid online and 15 minutes late to find the hotel closed

Very clean and comfortable

Reasonably outfitted for a rental condo. But we arrived on a Sunday evening about 6:00, and couldn't find normal broadcast channels to watch NFL games on either of the 2 TVs. The guest directory was no help, and there was no one to answer the 800 number. When I asked for help on Monday morning, the woman at the desk was no help either. Aside from Sunday night, we weren't there to watch TV, so we didn't pursue it. The dehumidifier was LOUD - we turned it off whenever we were in the room where it was located. And the AC in the bedroom ran non-stop, even though it was only 80 outside and set for 72. Will probably look for a different place if we're back, but location was good and parking was easy.

Clean and well stocked

The rooms were very spacious and the sofa and chairs were very comfortable. Great location, less than 10 minutes away from Frisco Beach, this was very convenient.

Tub is grimy. Crumbs inside drawers with silverware. Office personnel not helpful and inconsiderate. The late check in and early check out is not convenient. Makes it hard to plan.

The property at Hatteras Landing is run down and poorly maintained. Outside many shake shingles were missing, rust on rails, paint missing or peeling. Our unit had such a strong mildew smell we could barely stand it. If we could have gotten in touch with anyone to fix this or get a refund we would have, but there is no one on site.

Condo was very nicely remodeled and clean. The pool was nice. Quiet area. Staff was great. The restaurants around the condo have shortened hours so would recommend to plan accordingly. Great stay and highly recommended!

Great location, we had a bay view with beautiful sunsets. Over the accommodations we’re nice. Except for the Very strong mildew Odor and very dirty shower curtain. We used the fold out couch bed but found cereal in there and the mattress on it was really gross and needs to be replaced. We needed to have at least 2 sets of towels and wash clothes for each person especially for a weeks stay.

AC didn’t work properly. They replaced with a different unit which was no better…LOUD! Room Was damp and smelled of mildew. Pool area was “tired.” Lounge chairs were mildewed. Pool ladder was broken and had caution tape around it. This use to be a very nice Holiday Inn. The facility is dated and needs a face lift. For the price we paid we will stay somewhere else next time.

Very nice property with plenty of amenities! 109 kitchen was fairly stocked. The sofa bed was actually comfortable too! Would def stay again

The room was smelly, dark, and not inviting. The couch was old and needed to be updated as it was worn. I would not recommend staying hete

Good stay overall, clean and comfortable. The trash was full in the bathroom when we got there and we did not have soap in the dispenser. I told the guy at the office and they never got back to us with the soap. We also did not have the list with directions in the unit, we usually find one in this kind of places; he was not very nice when I asked about it. He said it s in our unit, laminated, but it was not. He acted like we were bothering him. I wish he would be friendlier with guests. We asked nicely about things, we did not complain. We would go back, definitely. The soap, the list and trash was something small. The area is gorgeous. The unit was clean and well equiped. Musty smell inside. Overall very pleased, the negatives were too small when compared with the positives! Book this place, great location and great views! Lots to do. Comfortable beds, clean and big pool. It was our first time in Hatteras and we enjoyed it! We will go back. Great communication with the owners via email, we received all the info we needed. Again, the guy at the office could be friendlier when guests talk to him. But, we all have our days...

Property is in a nice quiet area. The bathroom in the unit was not very clean and the dishwasher was disgusting. The unit needs some TLC. The online photos are deceiving.

Check in was easy and the rooms were nice. Easy access to the beach. Quiet and relaxing at night. Didn’t like the fact that we had to ask for bed linens for the pull out couch.

Nice property for the price. Quiet. Convenient to ferry/restaurants. Would return in future but would prefer second floor. Balcony was a plus with view of ferries coming/going.

I loved our view of the sound and balcony. The apartment kitchen was well stocked and organized with any utensils or cooking pots you would need. The units are the perfect size for our family of 3. It is close to the Hatteras Landing shops and ferry. You can bike to many places. We would stay again if we could get the same unit. I don’t know if all units have been updated with new furniture and appliances. The only thing I would change is the shower liner, since it is growing mildew. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Property very clean the decor very nice. Within a short walk to beach easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was clean and quaint! There was a little deck to sit out on with our morning coffee. There was a lovely pathway to walk to the beach. Loved it!

Staff very pleasant and accommodating

Amazing! Everything we could possibly need was there. Very clean. Loved the added shelving in living room/kitchen and bedroom areas. They really helped us stay organized. Nice quiet location. Beach across the street. Hope to stay again one day. Thank you!

Plenty of space and the bed was great. We didn’t get the Wi-Fi code but we were only staying overnight and it’s vacation so turn your electronics off and enjoy the scenery! Overall I’ll stay again and it was very nice and would recommend!
