Stayed just a quick night on our way through and it was a great hotel!

The first room I was given, the TV didn't work. I called front desk and she said shed send up maintenence. Called back after a while dhe said she'd have to go find him and she'd call before they came up. Again I had to. All back and she said she wasnt sure he was even there.i had to ask if you have another room and she finally moved me.

Hotel was decent but the rooms were dirty. Comforter had stains, couch was dirty, hand prints on the desk sides, trash cans did not have trash bags and were dirty inside. Pillows very flat.

Once again we enjoyed our stay! Comfortable? Quiet, clean. Friendly staff, hot breakfast and I got to swim every morning. Temperature was in the 60s most mornings but being from NH, it as a quite enjoyable swim everyday. Thank you!

At check in, we asked for a room not facing the freeway. They accommodated our request without hesitation.

It was a great stay and very excellent hotel. One very minor thing was not getting a requested king suite but they were able to get settled into a two Queen suite quickly.

If after you check in, and your room is on the freeway side, go back down and request a room change. We heard rumbling all night. Didn't get much sleep which is too bad because it was a nice room.

The bed/ sleep was amazing!!! The only thing was the shower curtain has a smell… do they change them often?

Hotel was new, so maybe I was expecting more. Bathroom wasn’t clean (urine stains on the floor) and the shower door is installed backwards. No way to turn the shower on without being physically in the shower! No house keeping each day which was a disappointment.
I witnessed 3 escorts going in and out of the building with their “bodyguards” waiting for over an hour outside in their cars with their engines idling.
Needed the tech center to print a document and the printer was out of ink. I will say the front desk person was very helpful and printed my document for me, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I was disappointed.

Availability short notice for 2 rooms with pets due to emergency. Entire hotel inside and outside was very clean. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was great.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that I was bummed about was the pool. The pool needed a scrub and the water wasn’t clean enough to dip in. Other than that.. great stay.

I guess the hotel can't control if the police decide to arrest a guest who was there from another hotel next door while blocking front doorway. I guess it's not the hotel's fault the group of teens were running up and down and causing lots of noise while I was trying to sleep for an early wake up call. And I guess it's not their fault that some people were in their room arguing drunkenly. But why were there bags of trash in my hallway. Bags of trash!! Even after I told the front desk and they said that they would have it removed, they never did.

The staff literally knocked on the door from 10am to 12pm to see if I was “awake” so they can start cleaning the room

Our bedsheets had definitely been slept in and they refused to even change them. Bar was out of almost everything. I’ll never be back.

The location was convenient for me. I liked everything about the Hotel except for 2 things. First, the shower floor is very slippery. Secondly, firearms are not permitted. They have that restriction posted at the entrance.

Overall a decent experience! Front desk was not very welcoming and everything asked seemed to be a bother. Cleaning was not very good at all. There was dried up blood and coffee stains all over the interior of the bed comforter, did not notice until we woke up the next morning to leave. Bathroom floors as if they were not swept and mopped pretty disgusting but the silver appliances seems to be very well polished. It was not terrible but not worth the money so I most likely would not stay here again.

Bathroom was dirty, tv didn’t work right (sound was very low, permanently), lady at front desk wasn’t very friendly and didn’t look happy. It’s a brand new hotel and it didn’t seem that way. They charge $10 for parking on top of normal price—OUTRAGEOUS for Goodyear,Arizona.

The motel is fine. Unfortunately my room was above the fire pit outside. Every night there were loud people drinking and yelling past midnight. When I called to see if there was quiet hrs the people just got louder. There was also a highschool sports team slamming doors all night. Out of five nights I had one night of sleep. It was very loud.

Overall, the room was very nice and spacious. The room was quite clean; however, the bathroom floors could have been cleaned a little better.
